Does engagig pelvic floor mean to activate same muscle as if i hold a pee?

Yes, it's the same muscle, but you don't pull it up like you do when you're trying not to pee. Instead you gently bear down on it like you would if you were pooping (lol). This is a game changer for those who know how to use it, but to do it right, it needs to be part of a larger effective foundation of breath support.
