Files in act 3 aren’t showing up and I collected the 2 files in acts 1 and 2

For some reason there’s a box in the way of the first file in act 2.I haven’t collected any files in act 3 cuz they didn’t spawn.It could be that I didn’t start from act 1 and I just chose the act that I needed to get the files from.

@@Candified I found out why it was just that I didn’t see the file near the front desk in Act 1 because it was so dark and I thought the game saved the file.Don’t worry though,I’ve collected everyone and got the RP skin.
