- Healthy Aam ka Achar banane ki perfect recipe by chef Ashok
घर में जो हम आम अचार डालते हैं उसमें आधे ड्राई मसाले पीसकर डालते हैं और आधे ड्राई मसाला साबुत डालते हैं क्योंकि जब मसाले तेल को पी लेते हैं तो बहुत ही सॉफ्ट हो जाते हैं और उससे हमारा अचार बहुत ही टेस्टी और हेल्दी बनता है तो आप भी बनाएं घर में ऐसा टेस्टी आम का अचार जो 5 से 6 साल तक कभी खराब नहीं होगा
ingridents:-
Aam 2kg
Haldi 2tbs
Salt 5tbs
Mustard oil 700ml
moti saunf 150gm
Sabut methi 100gm
Sabut jeera 50gm
Ajwaine 30gm
Hing 1/2tbs
kalungi 20gm
sabut mirchi 10-12/red chilli Powder 20gm
Kali mirch sabut 10gm

Looks very tempting. I have never tried making any pickle. But when my mother makes she heats the mustard oil to the smoking point , cools then adds. Is it okay to add the oil without heating? Would it affect the taste?
