Swedish metal group that specializes in historical army songs. Bismarck and 40:1 are good starters. You actually learn a few things listening to them. Alestorm is pirate metal, but just an all around blast to listen to. They just like to have fun. Same with Brothers of Metal. Powerwolf has some interesting choice in lyrics, but they have a powerful sound. I hope I added to your playlist with these suggestions.
