after created the mesh by ideasUnvToFoam command, go to constant folder "vi constant/polyMesh/boundary" edit the names of the assigned groups. example: inlet --> patch ground --> wall (converted mesh given "patch" for all faces). edit 0 data file according to the patch types of your model and run except the blockMesh command. because, you already created the mesh and imported it to CFD.
