Every time a person who knew Elvis talks about him, it seems that at this very moment he embraces him with all the strength of his soul. And you just physically feel this incredible warmth, this immense tenderness, this great love and emanating from his heart. Even after so many years, and I would even say that the more time passes, the stronger these feelings are. What a lovely interview! Sandi seems like a really nice person and how lucky to know not only Elvis, the performer but Elvis, the man! I saw Elvis in concert on June 1, 1977, never guessing he would be gone in less than 3 months. Gone too soon but never forgotten! ❤️
What a great interview. I felt that the story of him being kind to the girl was so deeply felt by him since he was so shy growing up & kids weren’t so nice to him. I’m glad he remembered that and was able to pay forward with kindness towards others.

Thank you Steve, thank you! I LOVE Sandi, but I've only seen that one interview with her on TH-cam and always wanted to hear more from her. She was so lucky! She had the best of Elvis, being a fan and then a friend, she didn't have to go through the same heartache as a girlfriend. I love the story of the lady he tracked down in the trailer park, I've never heard that one before. Who else would ever do such a thing? Only Elvis, that's for sure. It's hard to believe that she knew Elvis all the way back in the 60s, she sounds so young. It's fantastic that she's here to tell about it, I wanted it to go on longer. GREAT interview, I loved it!
Great interview, no salacious gossip or betrayal of Elvis,s integrity. This lady clearly holds Elvis in great esteem, and bears true witness as to knowing Elvis the person. She paints a clearer picture as to what made Elvis tick, her many stories are of Elvis being a people person and how , making others happy made him happy. Not once throughout the interview did she show anything but the utmost love, respect and admiration for the the person she was proud to call her friend. Wow I am in tears. What a beautiful discussion. I loved hearing about who the real Elvis was. I love him singing, but would much rather hear him talk and be himself. He was so funny, and sounded like a Jack of All Trades interested in many subjects, and hobbies. I feel that he and I would have been best friends as we have a lot of similarities, and interests. I started crying of course towards the end. The two things that got me were, his last words to her, when changing yourself, just realizing those things are half the battle and he was there half way, I'm sad he wasn't able to make it fully, but he wanted to change and help himself and I am happy to hear that. As for the second thing that got me was when he was waving goodbye to her and said drive safe, that's something I always say, and knowing he also said that and his kindness just got me. Miss you so much EP

Now, this is the first time I will dare to share a thought of mine that has evolved in me after all these years I have been watching Elvis, not only as an artist but also and especially as an individual and it concerns the way people felt or reacted when he entered a room, or even when he was just around... I don't know how to put it in words because it is really bold but there is only ONE I heard/read people reacted the same way and that was... JESUS(that's really bold)... I don't compare, not possible. What I mean is Elvis must have had something Devine about him. He was not just an ordinary person, he was special and this a common fact because everyone who ever met him says exactly the same thing. I don't want to insult anybody's faith but this impression has stuck on my mind for years. And as we know about HIM, Elvis was also betrayed by the ones who were close to him.... I wish I had the chance and luck to meet him, only once...
She took time to meet one day. Salt of the earth like Elvis. So grateful for all the pictures she took. She said if you hung at the gate you had a 90% chance of meeting Elvis
I’m sadly one of the many people who never got to see this great man when he was alive, I was just 7 years old when he passed on,. But just like so many others who never got anywhere close to him “Elvis still managed gave us all something”,... Only gods chosen have this special magic, Thank you God,. Thank you Elvis,🙏🏼❤️
What a fascinating interview with Sandi. I understand why Elvis loved to spend time with her. She makes a wonderful spokesperson for Elvis, and a wonderful friend. Sandi, you are so lucky, you have had a amazing life.
Loved the story of Elvis showing the sister around. He did the right thing of giving her personal attention and just shooting them a dirty look rather than directly telling them to stop being mean to her over her looks.
Fantastic! 👍😁 After Elvis passed,Charlie became a good friend so mine, thanks to some of my friends for the introduction. We worked in Canada and the US for a while. Was great just sitting around and jamming together. Miss them both🙏
I listen to Elvis's music everyday and it seems all of us fans are connected and it seems that way because Elvis himself looked upon his fans as real human beings and his humanity connected us with him and each other❤
We’re always trying to get even closer to Elvis the man if that’s possible. However, this achieved that. It was heart warming, insightful and reminded us what a beautiful heart he had & that he had time for so many other people whilst being a superstar at the same time. Hence why we love him so. Her story relating to the day he passed was very moving...I could visualise the events happening as she explained..Gulp! Thanks Steve, great interview & thanks for sharing Sandi ❤️🤴🏻⚡️

Thanks Steve, great interview with Sandi Miller, emotional and informative. The conversation made you feel like you wanted to be there to get to know Elvis - the Person more than the image. Enjoyed very much!

Yes I agree with you.
You heard me say during the interview that I wished I'd met him
Awesome interview Steve! You can tell she adored Elvis. Thanks Steve! Also, Thank you Sandy with an i !
She is such a sweet lady. She’s also very blessed to have had those memories with our King Of Rock! He was such an amazing person! It’s such a shame he died so young! He had so much more to do! But God called him home. Thank you so much for sharing this with us! We love learning more about him. And everyone that shared times with him.
How incredible. You even made me cry. It's nice to hear the sweet story's.
I had a big lump in my throat too ☹️

I met Sandi at Elvis week a few years ago. She's very nice. A normal lady just a very lucky one. ♥️
The day Elvis died there was a very bad thunderstorm here in the U.K.
very interesting interview. Lucky Lady!
Sandi with an i 🙌🏼Thank you for sharing such beautiful memories. Steve thank you for having Sandi on and giving us such amazing stories ⚡️This was absolutely touching 😇The ending is sad 😢💔💔💔💔💔
Yes, I agree 😪
I saw ELVIS IN LOS VAGAS IN 1974 HE WAS AWESOME..HE IS STILL ALIVE HE FAKED HIS DEATH.. 1977..HE IS NOW ELVIS....AS PASTOR BOB JOYCE. CHECK OUT HIS YT .CHANNEL. ITS AWESOME..CAIO FROM NZ LOOK AT Pastorbobjoyce.org...he sti sings a his great songs . He is alive...ALIVE TODAY.
Fantastic story!
This further solidifies what I already knew
That he was the most beautiful soul. And throwing in the most beautiful on the outside as well. ❤
I was shopping when they announced it over the PA. Everyone started crying...
She took time to meet one day. Salt of the earth like Elvis. So grateful for all the pictures she took. She said if you hung at the gate you had a 90% chance of meeting Elvis
What a lovely story about the elderly lady Jane when Elvis showed up at her door. What a kind and lovely man.❤️
I’m sadly one of the many people who never got to see this great man when he was alive, I was just 7 years old when he passed on,. But just like so many others who never got anywhere close to him “Elvis still managed gave us all something”,... Only gods chosen have this special magic, Thank you God,. Thank you Elvis,🙏🏼❤️
Thanks for this interview love Elvis been to Graceland I loved hearing the normal sweet man he was I would have gave anything to have met him
What a fascinating interview with Sandi.
I really enjoyed this, I always learn something new about Elvis, mi amado Elvis ❤
Fantastic! 👍😁
After Elvis passed,Charlie became a good friend so mine, thanks to some of my friends for the introduction.
We worked in Canada and the US for a while. Was great just sitting around and jamming together.
Miss them both🙏
I listen to Elvis's music everyday and it seems all of us fans are connected and it seems that way because Elvis himself looked upon his fans as real human beings and his humanity connected us with him and each other❤
I love these interviews that show how much people loved Elvis and the heartwarming stories about how wonderful Elvis was as they remember him.
That interview was soooo beautiful and pretty moving....Elvis was portrayed by Sandi in such a vivid and affectionate way. Danke, Steve!
Hey Anny

This one of my favorite interviews
A fantastic interview! Thank you for sharing it with us (and many thanks for the cc).
Thanks Paul
Sandi is a lovely Lady

Hi Steve, Wonderful interview with keen insights on your part. You are a real gentleman! In my humble opinion, your channel is absolutely vital for the true Elvis fan. In fact, for now on it's my go to channel for all things Elvis. Thank you!! By the way, from everything I've learned about Elvis, I think he would have really liked you.

What a beautiful interview and remembrances of a beautiful man. Elvis had to have been one of the kindest and caring people on Gods earth. He was definitely a gift from God.. I miss him to this day.. TCB⚡️
Great 👍 interview. Sandi seems like she is a beautiful person and she is was a lucky lady
What a brilliant interview with Sandi Miller her memories of Elvis are precious as you hear the emotion in her voice both happy and sad , the time I've spent with her was precious as she shared her memories Elvis and her life ,
She was sweet enough to put me in touch with Donna Lewis in Memphis whose family knew Elvis as her father worked for him from 65 to 77 , Donna wrote 3 books Hurry home Elvis her memories were precious as were her photos especially of the G ranch , Donna like Sandi spending time with them you quickly understand why they were apart of Elvis's life .
