Why does albino love these games that require not only immense precision and time but which require you to begin from scratch with zero results if you die? Noita and Spelunky 1 & 2 are the most grueling roguelikes I've ever played and they're basically what define Albino's interests.

The dudes stacked on top of each other in 15:36 made me think of the Gunmen from Gurren Lagann, and now I can't unsee it, and I'm totally fine with that.
I mean, that's already beyond the end, cosmic ocean is a special zone that consists of 95 levels, think of it secret endurance mode that's beyond both final bosses
It's more of a dating simulator than a roguelite But in all seriousness it's just baby's first roguelite and is hella boring to anyone who has already been diving into roguelikes/lites for a while now
@@jaiden1121 I can see kind of where you're coming from, but I've played Isaac for years and hundreds of hours of Spelunky 2 and even tho it's not as challenging, it has a certain charm to it.
@@morgan2010nucka yeah it definitely has a certain charm to it due to how well made it is, but compared to Isaac for example, there's so much less to do, each run feels very similar, since only things that really change are what stuff you get from gods, and even then there's not enough boons to get so you can get the same build more times than not. Love the game for introducing more people to roguelites but not my kinda game, something like tales of maj'eyal is my kinda roguelite
@@jaiden1121 I definitely feel that. Isaac and spelunky both are much deeper and challenging with more things to do. I do find myself wishing the game was just a little bit more varied. But considering you only have to beat the game a couple of times to get the ending, it's understandable. It's not meant to be a game you player forever, and it loses some replayability due to how story and dialogue focused it is.
