Don't let anyone tell you Scottie couldn't score. A guy who can average 20 while MJ took the lion's share of the shots is nothing to look down on. Really grinds my gears when people talk about him as if he was an Iguodala or Holiday type defensive specialist. He was far more than that.
@@matthieusaade3616 I'm not basing this off the highlights of one game. I watched Pip from 1993 onwards. His jump shot came and went, but his driving and post up games were superb. His efficiency, by the way, is on par with Kobe Bryant.
@@G-TV_TheOneManArmy He needed to shoot at a particular angle, preferably on the right wing. He was iffy from anywhere else. His post up/face up game, on the other hand, was amazing. Just too fast and strong to keep out of the paint, and his long arms made his shots practically unblockable.
Where’s the defense? All I hear is how physical it was in the 90’s but watching full game highlights, I’ve never seen it other than the bad boy pistons.
Not all squads were good defensive team. Just like today. Why do you think Pippen had a great game ? This nugget squad was trash they ended up with a 21-61 record that season.
