Unfortunately I cannot say I liked this presentation. Doesn't show the slides! It is just Greg on a podium. I mean, it is interesting to listen to him, but a very large part of the essence of the topic is lost by not having visuals. Sorry, thumb down.

Always show the presenter at the beginning so we can visualize him/her but then keep the camera on the material that he is referencing.
