That fight is part of The Live #1 which is the first stage play. The stage plays have a separate storyline and some exclusive songs, which is different compared to the StarLive concerts (like Starry Sky) where they just perform the anime songs + others. You won't be able to find it on TH-cam since they're extremely strict on the stage play copyright. I personally got a strike on my channel when I uploaded the Star Divine performance from The Live #2 with the Seiran members in it.

You can find it on Bilibili and Nyaasi. Nyaasi is a torrenting site, and I won't cover that one in this comment LOL. To describe Bilibili: you can imagine it as China's version of TH-cam. It's free to use, but you have to sign up to get 1080p and I can't give you any tips on how to register because I haven't tried it myself LOL.
