Does it work win 11 and does it have any requirements. It's seems very awesome.... I have tried IIS for win 10 and 11 but I constantly face some problems.
First it worked but now I can't access wp-admin any more...

I don't know reason for this. I had same issue in vbox ubuntu. To me wp development seems to be too heavy and ubiquous. I need to built single page theme but all instructions are totaly different.
Reason found... .htaccess file have lost some reason.

don't know if it is explained in video or in the comments, but if you are having an mysql error open my.ini. Uncomment the password and define it as your root password.

I created a website via wordpress just like you described it. When i open the link (https:...) from the cmd it works with no problem. But then i tried to open the link on my phone but there it didnt work. The browser says it cant find the website. Why is that?
Are you using the regular name link or the remote link on your mobile.
You must right click and click share and it will generate a remote link for you to use for your mobile and other devices
