Well, I looked it up, and it became my "boss music" as I continued to to massacre the giant snake boss, who'se only real crime was holding one of my great runes, and being fun to kill repeatedly. Then I switched it up, and started playing the evline city song. Oh the magnificent wave of nostalgia nearly brought a tears to my eyes. I dont think I ever had any idea what I was doing, wayyyyyy back in like.. early 2000's? Damn I'm old.. This game is old.. I think I'm being called back... Why else would these song be playing in my head.. But to call me back, through Elden Ring? I'm impressed..
SS/Xelima is best with a high crit + cd weapon or a windslasher. Anything combined with xelima will leave you very vulnerable defensively. With a little bit of gear that build can be very strong in PL though for easy eks.
Thank you for such a great guide! I started to check HB videos after probably 15 years 😅. Sadly, IMO, all these new mechanism made the game more complex, one of the main aspect that I loved of HB was that PvP was mainly based on player skills rather than on items/gear, with all these changes it seems to be like “modern” games where u need a lot of time to be competitive, am I right? Trying to get an answer to that question before downloading the game 😁 Again, thank you for the extraordinarily detailed explanation.
The new systems definitely help to modernize the game but it definitely retains all the classic elements of original Helbreath. It's a really well done update to a classic game. Give it a try, even if you don't last long term, you won't regret giving it a chance!
Hey great channel. If one puts 5 points to Mag, as a warrior instead of Int. (as a mistake) is that character ruined? So, 15 mag + 32 int until pfm at the end. ? many thanks
For ss pd you need an exceptional pd hr falchion. For hammer xel you have many options. Some play with warhammer and tower shield, some with bh, bbh, some with gbh or bane. Xelima is very hard for new players though. I would recommend Hammer/Tank.
Hello. I used to play HB a very long time ago. I remember leveling and farming for new guys was a bit tough cause you'd be easy bait for enemies looking for EK's. How's the quality of life of new players in Olympia compared to the classic?
You will be a target for a little while but getting to 140 is fairly quick and easy thanks to mass XP parties in safer back maps like Garden and Death Valley. Being friendly and finding a guild to play with will help a lot.
