Harrowing tale. So, so sorry for all involved. Keep pushing through. Your passion really shines and that positivity, applied to everything else that you are doing, will undoubtably serve you well in your recovery. Huge respect and thank you.
Hope you find the support you need to continue off-track yarns. Thanks for reminding me that just because someone looks like they have recovered after an accident, doesn’t always mean that they have. Take care
Mate! This is such a great comment!!! This injury is horrible it's an invisible injury, so people struggle to understand as there is no physical signs like a broken bone being in a cast. If you know anyone with a head injury I encourage you to check in and just let them know you see them and see their struggles. Makes the world of difference hey 😊 I will find a way to come back to off track Yarns bigger and better 😉
Mate, first of all, always look after your health, it's the number one priority. Secondly, I wasn't aware of the accident, but my heart goes out to you, and everyone affected by it, just a tragedy in every way. I would love to see this series continue and honestly wish I could help out but it's not an option. I really hope there is someone out there who can step up an become part of what you're creating. Love your work, be well.
Hey mate, thank you for commenting and getting behind me. from such a low start to the day it's an amazing pick me up reading all these comments 😀 I will get the podcast happening again so many people love it. Thanks again for your support legend 😊
Stay strong and I will be here when you're up to it. With now knowing about your horrific accident, may I suggest the next charities to benefit be your first responders.
Hey mate loving the off track yarns!! Only just found this channel look after yourself keep your chin up, I’m ex army deployed overseas and now have injuries that to a lot of people can’t see and are often questioned why I’m not working etc being only 40 it’s hard but with the right medical team pushing you in the right direction you will be in a better position 👍🏻🤜🤛
Hey mate sorry to hear your going through the same stuff. On my bad days I put a bandage on my head, sounds silly but people understand better and are more supportive. I hate that it's invisible 🫥
Mate, my brother-in-law has an acquired brain injury from a bicycle accident; the result was horrific, but none of us saw it happen - he was ahead and in a dip. Having known him since Jul 1982, when we joined the Army together, he's not the same but he's 96% there. If you don't know him, you wouldn't notice. He's still happily married, can drive, is now not forgetful and returned to work as a Brigadier (Regular Army); he retired as an Active Reservist a few years ago. He gets cold earlier than the rest of us and tired before the rest of us at night. He can be abrupt but his devoted wife keeps him in check when it's needed. He had married my wife's twin and we moved to Banksia Beach on Bribie Island. All will be well, mate. Use up all the rehab available to you.
Hey mate that's a lovely story thank you for sharing 😊 It's great to hear the good stories, I'd say I'm about 95% where I was pre accident on good days . After leaving work I definitely have alot more good days and haven't gotten lost once hahaha 😅 Thanks for subscribing all those years ago.
I've only just come across this channel today and it was a offtrack yarns from a month ago so i watched a 4 of these today. Thought it was great it is the most I've enjoyed TH-cam in a while. There is a channel you could check out the guy is really nice and down to earth it is 4xa👍👍👌
Hey mate, thank you for watching the episodes glad your enjoying them we are doing everything we can to keep them going 👍 😀 We will check him out, thanks for the comment legend 👍 🙌
Hey John, thank you for the kind wishes, not very good at putting myself first hey but trying to learn 🤣🤣 The pod cast will be back bigger and better, just need to figure out how.
So sorry to hear of your ongoing ordeal, I hope that you don’t push yourself, the channel is an awesome concept but you need to look after you firstly. Take care, truly appreciate the rawness & honesty in your episode. Keep smiling! 😊 Cheers Marg
Hey Meg, thank you for your support and kind words! I'm not good at listening to my medical team but I'm learning to ask for help and find ways around my limitations. Hopefully next week you see a normal episode again😊
Hey mate, thanks for the comment and the support. Unfortunately I all ways put everyone else before myself, this World is a hard place and I like to try and make it a bit easier for people 😊 But I'm learning to ask for help now.
Guy's Thank you for your support of Little Wings top job thumbs up !!!! Sorry to here about your health issues chin up live life to all you can do !!! I did talk to my wife and thought I could be your 3rd man lol But I would have to be like Caravan Stig with a head only a mother could love hahaha ! what ever you guy's do moving forward will work the concept of Yarns really works and I think there are allot of influencers out there taking notes !
Hello mate, number one you’ve got to look after your yourself and your family, so sorry for everyone involved. We look forward to the channel each week the provides valuable information and also now provides some money to charities. We hope that you’re able to find someone that meet your needs.
I totally understand mate.. look after yourself and family first and foremost.. sorry to hear about your experience and ongoing issues 🥺😢 TH-cam can wait and I’ll stick around. 😊👍🏼 I’d help out if I had a TH-cam production brain. Take care 😊
Hey Ben, thanks for sticking around means a lot hey 😊 Not very good at putting myself first, but trying to now before I end up in a nursing home from getting lost to much hahahah 😅 I'll make it work and be back bigger and better.
Hey Rick, that is something my old boss use to tell me when ever I ran myself into the ground doing 60 hour weeks trying to help everyone 🤣😅🤣 This shows I'm learning to live with in my limitations. The Pod cast will be back bigger and better soon, just need to work some things out 😊
Only recently come across you guys & think you’re doing a great job. But also understand how much work it would be. I have a channel which was only originally to show my family back in England some of what I get up to but now it’s more of a hobbie maybe. I don’t push it & they’re certainly not professional but feel free to have a look. Also are you Brisbane way at all? Who knows maybe I could help at times?
Hey David, yep someone was looking over us that day. All the first responders said 100km/h head on 99.9% of the time no one lives, they couldn't believe we were walking around. The detective that got the case said we had no right to be still here. It's insane how things happen sometimes with out any logical explanation.
Thanks mate, I'm trying to learn how to do that, not very good at it. We have no money coming in and I still gave $10 to charity hahahah 😅🤣 Feels good helping others.
I think that you need to start banking the YT income, no matter how miniscule. Altruism is wonderful but being poor is a misery. Think about it. Original subscriber.
Hahah I'd love to bank the money, not working I could do with it to spend on travel videos. But it's just not in me, I'm the sort of person who would give away my last pair of shoes to someone that needed them. But I see your point.

Thank you so much for your kind worlds, I just figure there is enough shit in the world I want to try to bring positivity 🙃
Thanks for all your efforts....stay healthy and safe
Thanks mate, I have a funny feeling it's not over and this is the beginning of something new 😀
