When you import your file to twinmotion, after done your first render, applied your materials, etc… you add some modifications on your 3D model and come back to twinmotion, if you hit « refresh » button in import section it delete the textures?
When importing a model with foliage, there are 5 maps of albedo, opacity, glossiness, normal, translucency. Please tell me where the translucency card is loaded?
Salut, possible de savoir comment tu as réalisé le décor de cette scène? Surtout les traces de terre sur la route, c’est des objets que tu importes ou ça vient de ton modèle 3D?
Hi Martin, thank you for the amazing tutorial. I am curious though, how did you make the road and all the assets around it? E.g. what was made in Twinmotion, what was done in an external software package? Did you use textures and decals from inside Twinmotion for the asphalt and the lines on the road? Are the guardrails in the bend 3D assets form inside Twinmotion? How did you make the tire marks coming from the road to the gravel (near the car model in the scene)? etc. Hope you can help me out with this one. And is it possible to download this project somewhere? So we can work along and further see how it was made.
Great tutorial! It seems that in this latest version, you can only rotate the mapping of an object along a single axis. In a cube for example, you can only rotate along XY but not Z. I often have textures showing as upside down on the top and bottom faces of my cube. Is there a workaround for this?
Hello, I am wondering how do I change the colour of material. For example OSB I want to paint a custom colour but the colour is not changing on the colour wheel. Can I paint materials in TM? Thank you for your tutorials.
Can we change the kind of the materials imported from modeling programs, generally they are imported as standard material, can we change them to "subsurface" or "fabric" while retaining textures like normals and roughness?
Thanks guys !
Merci d'avance 😊
@@anavinar1432He is not some youtuber, official twinmotion tutor. Maybe people paid for the software and want to learn it, you can't say "then don't watch it". If you sell the software in the U.S. and get my money, make the tutorial in english, at least you can make some effort or hire someone to make it possible to understand. This is totally disrespectful and unprofessional. I don't get a single word he is saying, I could understand him better with my non-existing french If he spoke in French. Even auto translate thinks in some videos that he is speaking french.
Great tutorial, need a similar detailed one for lighting.
Thank you for these videos!
You can also delete unused textures hitting ctrl/com + A in the material dock and press delete
what?!
Reminder! "Round Edge" is an urgent must to have feature for Twinmotion.
Would be nice to have a "search" button on the material section.
Great tutorial. Amazing for beginners and refreshing for experienced user. Thank you!
but we do have it…?
i love twinmotion. no doubt!
Very comprehensive, Thanks
twinmotion is amazing.
My only problem with the program is the timing in archicad. every time i sync a change i lose all the work done on materials.
same here

SUBSCRIBED!!!! Geez! Thanks a lot! It worked!
Unfortunately, a very important parameter is missing, which would be a gamma or contrast adjustment for the roughness textures. 5:30
Nice! We need customizable grunge.
Good idea - just a few texture options would be useful.
Was just about to say this 😂

How do you bring in a custom map to replace an existing one that came in with the model?
How do i deal with texture repetition? something like a randomizer
Isn't anyone going to ask how the smooth transition between the road and the terrain is achieved ? :)
Do you know how?... Been trying to figure it out. Most likely megascans
Will that do when PT is on?
sometomes the scale of the materials are realy small, how do i fix this
Thanks guys !
