San Antonio City Garbage Truck Runs Red Light

A city garbage truck and 3 other vehicles ran a red light at 410/151. The red Camary with tag "JTN514" tried to follow the garbage truck and luckily braked in time to not hit me. The driver comes around me in the right lane at the end of the video.
