Haven't been to Tim Lake...looked like a great place to relax and soak it all in...especially with a good friend.

It’s such a great spot. I have found that it’s gotten a lot busier in the last few years, but even when it’s fully booked, I find that it’s almost always empty.

That is definitely my kind of adventure, so glad you had someone to share it with, and us too. I look forward to the next installment. Be well my friend, I hope the mice stay away.

Love that bug shelter. I clearly need an upgrade, mine is utterly useless! I think it invites more bugs in than it keeps out! Lol

It is definitely one of my most favourite pieces of gear. I even use it when it’s not the bug season. I really like the tarp & how easily it sets up. Thanks for taking the time to comment. Cheers.

Just got back from Tobermory and I’m American, so we had no idea about the liquor strike! Hearing you talk about it made me laugh. Luckily I brought wine from home on my trip. You make me want to explore the Georgian Bay!

Haha hi Aimee ! I didn’t know about it either. I am not a big drinker, so I guess it didn’t matter as much to me as it did to other people. Luckily you live in America where alcohol is so much cheaper than it is here
I used to live in Niagara on the border and growing up. It was a thing to go over the river to get your alcohol.
I hope you had a great time in Tobermory. It’s beautiful there. I’ve only ever been there in the winter though.

Thank you so much. I wish you would’ve let me know in advance you were going to be so close by. By the time I found out it was too late and I had a bit of a work crisis and then you were gone. Next time you’re up this way, please let me know in advance and hopefully I can visit with you somehow. Cheers. 😊

Great video, love the fun you two were having! I love to see Algonquin as I moved from Ontario to BC a couple years ago, where there are plenty of beautiful views and camping spots too, but there's something about Algonquin that's so special.

There is… Isn’t there? People tell me that if I go to BC I won’t come back. Thank you so much for taking the time to comment & for checking out my video. I’m glad you enjoyed it.

Pretty up there. Definitely looks a lot cooler than Texas right now.

Most likely… But depends on the day. When we get heat waves here, it’s probably just as hot but for the most part, you’ve definitely got the gold medal for hotspots lol.
