I wish they added a blurring tool besides the filters. I often need to blur small things and the smudge is difficult and too strong no matter what I do and I feel like by now it should be a thing but it’s not. I’m not trying to complain but it’s honestly a very useful thing to have I love procreate but I feel like this will make it a lot better
Sorry i’m late but I recommend using the airbrush on the smudge tool. I find that to be the closest thing to a traditional blur tool and if it’s too harsh just turn down the opacity, hope that helps!
If you say you are giving these brushes away on gumroad, they should have stayed available on gumroad rather than them only being available if one sighs up for your news letter. That feels like false advertising. I was able to get them before straight from gumroad, why did you change it? On top of that, I signed up for said news letter and I haven't received these brushes. I wish you would have kept them separate, I am sure people would have followed your newsletter if you'd advertised it separately. These brushes were awesome, used them a lot.. I had them on my previous iPad. But now I can't seem to get them again. Not trying to be rude , genuinely , im just a little dismayed. Edit: Looking at the comments, this seems to be a recurring issue. No functioning brushes , no known way to see the newsletter nor unsubscribe from it. I know these are free brushes and all but please address this.

I've been itching to draw so much but I don't have the space for my regular drawing tablet so my friend is getting me an iPad in exchange for a bunch of character designs (him and my bf have been storybuilding for years so I'm happy to bring their characters to life!), but Amazon is having such difficulties and cancelled the order for some reason...Now it's saying that the pen will be here in October, but the pen this weekend? Anyway, that was a little bit of a rant, sorry! I really enjoyed this video and can't wait to use these!! I went ahead and got them. :D

It was a bank issue I think, he reordered the same one again and so far it's not having too much issues. I chose the 12.9 3rd gen because I wanted the 2nd apple pencil over the 1st. :D Hopefully it works out this time, I'm so excited. The pen updated from October, it was just out of stock and seemed to have given some random date. It's much much sooner now, within the next week assuming no other difficulties happen. c:

I downloaded and followed the blog post and have unzipped the file but unfortunately none of the brushes showww - there's no .brushset files ;; - ;; I can see the shapes and signature images but no brushes in any of the folders ;;- ;;
I just downloaded these and tried them, and these are AMAZING. I haven't ever seen a screentones dot brush that looks clean and smooth and these three are just so perfect! Thank you for letting everyone have these for free and having them actually be high quality brushes!
@@_chaelvrss__6133 there’s a flodesk link in the description, and from there, you can enter your first name (i rly don’t think it matters as to what name you use if that’s a concern) as well as an email address! soon enough, the brushes will be sent to your email (be sure to check the spam and junk folders) and as soon as you get the files to your ipad/iphone, you can import them in procreate! (if you have the brushes saved on your device’s files app, the brush menu on procreate has a rly handy “import” button that works wonders iirc?) i hope this helps!! :D

I noticed you're using the 1st gen apple pencil, so I'm assuming you might be using the Ipad Air 3? If so, what size did you get? I'm curious how my hand will compare to say, a 10.5 ipad or whatnot
kayla. This is so late, I’m pretty sure she has the 10.5 model. I have this exact model so I can tell you my experience. It’s medium sized compared to my hand. It’s the perfect size for me and it’s very travel friendly!!! Hope this helped :)
Depends on what you want to do with it. I have the older first model and I love it. But the only thing I have to deal with is the size. I try to bring my ipad pro to work and I had to test if it fit my locker (it did). So basically, think about how you would want to travel with it. Also, the size of the canvas helps with working on a larger part of your piece, verses taking the time to zoom in or out of the art piece.
It depends on how often you travel. If you twill ake it to school work or other places then the 11 but if you won’t be traveling too often I’d go for the 12.9 inch since you don’t need to zoom in and out as much.
Agreeing with the other comments above. I, personally, cannot work on the small one (is it liek... 10" or something?). There's not enough room for my hand to move around and the hardware in the big one is much better, so you will experience less lag and be able to have more layers and stuff. I think the 12.9" is the perfect size for traveling too. Fits perfectly into my backpack. But nah, you can't shove it into a fancy purse XD and the big one weighs more too, of course. But I can't imagine working on the small one. I have a friend who got the smaller one (2017 edition) and she says she still regrets it sometimes, not getting the big one.
Nadiaxel yes I got the 9.7 inch and I regret it but seeing as it was 300$ cheaper at the time it was appealing at the time. I love it a lot but I wish I was able to get the bigger ones

AW... Yes, Gumroad is funny like that. So you click the product on my Gumroad's front page (the place the link takes you), then it opens a "pop-up" with a description of the brushes, images, etc. To the right side (IN THE POP-UP) is a little blank field and a "I want this"-button. Type 0 into the field and hit "I want this". I hope this helps XD

These don't work, every part of each brush is a separate file so it just makes photos of the brushes show up on procreate.
