I’m pretty sure looking at her top lip she was born with cleft palate and lip. It’s been surgically repaired but the roof of the mouth is misshapen so it effects speech. Most children born with that condition have lots of speech therapy to help them speak. If that’s what she had she can’t help that her speech is muffled sounding 😕
