- My new Gaming Desk Setup. I’ve built the ultimate gaming setup, including the PlayStation 5, LG GP950 monitor, Herman Miller Embody Logitech Chair and a standing desk from FlexiSpot. This is my matte black everything setup with some walnut accessories from Grovemade.
I will also show you my best cable management tips, and how I hide all wires and cables out of sight.

Whats the chair like? Been considering as I currently have a Noble chair. The Hermann Millar is more expensive, more high tech, but is no neck support an issue? Any less comfortable? Its so hard to try find one in a shop to try out.

Hello mate, I mean it's 4K and it's responsive (no input lag at all when using it). It's an IPS too so great for colours on screen. I've not used it yet for working, literally only the PS5 has been plugged in. I will do a review next month (November) about it and test this out.
I don’t normally comment in fact this could be my first one. Just wanted to say my appreciation for sharing this setup. Hands down the cleanest and sharpest one I think I’ve seen. The simplicity is fluent throughout and your colour combinations are spot on. After seeing this it’s shifted my want to invest in a simplistic yet effortlessly awesome set up. Amazing work on the whole setup. Perfect cable management. It's a simple setup, yet it looks so sleek. One thing I'd add to this is probably a couple of displates/posters on the wall. Other than that, it's perfect.

Really really ‘nice gaming setup’ you’ve built here mate, you should be super happy with it! It has everything you need and proper looks the part. Now don’t get me wrong, I think Secret Lab absolutely nails the unboxing and assembly experience over anyone else, but the Herman Miller being prebuilt is an absolute game changer.
As a PS5 owner myself, I agree that it is so easy to use when compared to PC gaming, at least for me. No drivers to download or shaders to preload, just plug and play. Of course it has to keep updating itself, which it does so seamlessly, but apart from that, it's very simple to use when compared to my laptop in terms of gaming.
The problem with ps5 you can't play games like blizzard games cs go dota league of legends etc etc and many more and pc is much much better and complete for real gaming and more

TH-camrs often get gifted these things as a free advertising. For example, let's say flexispot gave him the standing desk, if just two people out of the thousands that will watch this video buy it, it's already paid off.

Very minimalistic, I love it.
Practically I would use a controller charger instead of a stand, as it would be fully charged up ready whenever I would want to play.

Looks great! Nice gaming setup! I applaud you for being able to build another setup and be able to restrain yourself from buying all of the extra things you don’t need. I always love the thought of a gaming computer, but I like consoles because everybody is playing on a even field(or at least close). Love the videos!

I got a $20 desk that’s small af, $10 chair I got second hand that’s alright just a bit damaged at the bottom, ps4 slim 500gb for $500. And a old 1080p 60hz LG TV I got a long time ago for free as my brother gave it to me when he got a new tv. downside is it’s really small. So I use it as a monitor. This is all AUD btw

So I’ll respond on my alt. I plan on getting a new setup, I’m on a bit of a budget but more then my old one. I’m not gonna build my own desk and stuff from scratch, just getting one in store. Might I add everything is in AUD dollars.
Currently, my setup is this
Oak hallway table from Kmart I got preowned, it’s very small so I am replacing this for sure due to its size.
LG TV thats a fair bit smaller then 32 inch, not sure of the size exactly but it’s 1080p 60hz, and I use it as a monitor due to its small size. Definitely getting a new monitor soon.
Ps4 slim 500gb, plan on upgrading to a ps5 soon.
I got a decent size chair that fits perfectly for me, it’s a bit damaged but nothing bad no need for a upgrade on this. It’s one of those small office chairs but the foam but is blue just not black.
I’m going for a black and red setup, or just black if I can’t find much black and red items.
So far, I plan on getting the following:
AOC 24G2U/BK 24" Full HD (1920 x 1080) 144Hz Gaming Monitor JBHIFI
Still searching for a desk that is black, maximum price of $150
Something for cable management
PS5
Later on down the road, might get a new chair to match my setup.
And a Ps5 dual sense charging station.
That’s probably it for my new setup that I’m still planning, feel free to leave any suggestions about it. I’m trying to have a clean, simple but efficient setup. Not into led lights, and I don’t have much room for extra plugs and cables drive me crazy 😂
@@platinum6992 Sounds good. As long as you like it. I guided my sons to build their gaming room for a fraction of store costs yet greater quality. With the savings, I invested in monitors and gear for them. I thought to just pass the idea. Cheers.

I’ve had my PS5 for months now but it’s been about a month since I’ve turned it on, the Xbox Series X has become my number one console as it takes full advantage of my C1 especially for games like Forza horizon 5, Halo infinite, and many of gamepass titles, while my PS5 is missing some big features that I enjoy like Dolby vision, quick resume, FPS boost, auto HDR and others

The chair is awesome mate. This is a temp setup (not enough space to have it elsewhere). Next year should bring changes though…

I've left the cables (power and HDMI) under the TV, and bought new cables for the desk setup. So I can just unplug and move it quite quickly back now.

This is a very nice gaming setup. Only thing I'd do different is pick a 32-inch monitor over the 27. That increases immersion and at 4K is just stunning.

Loving the clean setup! Especially with the Matt black PS5 and peripherals. That monitor does look like a beast too. Fits in really well and of course has the specs needed to get the most out of the next-Gen consoles. I know what it’s like to sacrifice the OLED TV for the family and relegate myself to the Desk. I do settle for remote play though. Not ideal but moving the console is a bit of a hassle. Looking forward to the next vid!
