Thanks so much for your video. I used to eat these at the Port of Miami when the food trucks would pull up to serve the dock workers and cruise ship crew members. I used to work on ships and these patties were a treat for us on Saturdays, our turnaround days. I want to try these soon and share them with my friends.
Brandie Williams lol! I have to do voice overs since there's never quiet around here...but ..I'm still followed around everywhere 😂! Thanks for watching! 💜 💜
Thanks for your great recipe and video. I watched loads of pattie videos and read a pile of recipes - yours was easily the best and clearest. I made your patties for a family get-together over the weekend and they went down a storm! I'm veggie so I used Quorn Mince (300 grams, as Quorn doesn't reduce with cooking) and 30g breadcrumbs - they worked a treat!!! Is that Jaguar girl I can hear in the background? She's adorable! Thanks again from Manchester UK
Richard Tootill thanks for the lovely comment! I'm so glad you enjoyed them, we love them around here as well. Your version sounds amazing, thanks for sharing for anyone who can substitute! lol yes that's my little one, it can be a bit hard to do a recipe she's always singing or something, buts she's a blessing, thanks so much again ! ☺
Hi , your patty looks great, I haven't try it as yet, but I wanted to ask You sometime, why do they add eggs in the Patty dough What's the difference ? And why they brush on the egg wash on top of it before going in the oven..?
Eggs add more flavor but I don't add eggs in mine, as well as it helps with the color of the patties. I don't brush with egg wash because the turmeric gives it enough color. You can add egg wash if you'd like it will give it more of a brown color, I personally don't think it needs it ☺
I tried this recipe it is good every thing came out perfect except the buillion cube made the turkey a bit too salty .......i'll try this with a spinach filling
What time would you like to upload Thursday? 6 pm? if you upload early send me the link and I will do the same so once we hit publish the link will be in there.
Trini Cooking with Natasha I can do 6 pm I'll have it up but won't put it on so I'll have the link to send you. send me yours as well before so I can put it up as well ☺💜
