Why you used turbulent model i got laminar flow account to reynold number for external flow i have taken car length as Length in reynolds number calculations
It's a very simple model, the problem is, u need more room before the car but more important BEHIND. For less solver power u can cut the the car model in the middle to use only the half one. Same result less CPU power (cores) needed. The mesh in this sim is really bad!
It wouldn't be an Ansys tutorial without the endlessly looped music
