I am staying in Nallagandla, problem facing
1. Noise pollution : Construction noise, traffic noise,
2. Traffic traffic jams are biggest problems, tippers don't have restrictions.
3. Air pollution - breathing problems, my eyes got irritation. Face gets black once in traffic and back home.
Water : if no rain then no water, already hungry wolves and water mafia have taken out water from Nallagandla and tellapur for past 12 years and do think water will be there.
4. Costs:
Food is super expensive and not affordable.
Vegetable and fruits are 40+ rs more than any area.
Getting labor and work done will cost you 1000/- minimum for 10 minutes or few hours.
To the owner of video : when you are speaking about any area on real estate you should speak on negatives also so people understand and takewise decisions.
Positives :
Everything is very near but at the cost of your health.
