Considering that you are already living in a Villa (USA). It would be really nice for your family to have an Apartment rather than a Villa.. Apartment is lively. And the MAIN part. That Villa is surely not Worth 9 CR. I have seen much better Villas with Golf Course & other activities within the Gates Community of Villas which starts at 7CR. Don't go for My Home Villa.
