ಟನಲ್ ತೆಗೆಯುವ ಬದಲು ಇರುವ ರೈಲು ಮಾರ್ಗ ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಿ ನಗರ ರೈಲ್, ಮುಂಬೈ, ಚೆನೈಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಬಹಳ ಬಹಳ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದು. ಬೇಗನೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ.
Development of Sub-urban railway is better than under ground road, which is efficient and public friendly. Specially in metropolitan cities like Bangalore.
Absolutely! The advantage of suburban rail is that it can take double decker aluminium coaches which can comfortably seat 150-200 people. A 8 coach train can easily handle 1200 -1600 people at a time. People can travel in comfort.
Bengaluru can be considered as a fully developed city when even the most affluent, including our illustrious leaders, start using public transport systems extensively. That is a barometer of success!
Not everyone stay near to station,tell me where is th space and building underground rail is expensive as well.
For metro only I have to travel 5km which takes 15-20min to reach station even more in the evening
@@phaneendramuttigi The intent is when the Metro Network in Bengaluru is fully developed (500Km network, now it is only 100Km) say similar to New Delhi, perhaps the Metro Stations will be within 2 Km from the residences in each of the feeder area. In mega cities such as Bengaluru, the public transport will invariably be inter-modal ie combination of metro and bus.
There must be local mini electric bus public transport carrying people from station to homes and back, in each of the local feeder area of the Metro Station. In doing so, most of the buses will be travelling within the local area, Metro providing long distance fast connectivity while big buses taking up space and adding to the congestion in the inner city traffic would be minimised.

Develop other cities other than Bangalore. At least 6 to 8 cities.
