This vlog was super informative!! I'd be way too self-conscious to talk to a camera in public haha, but I'm glad you did it so we could get your in-the-moment thoughts! What a beautiful city. I can see why it's the happiest place in the world! Looks like you had an amazing time! Thanks for a great vlog 😁 Edit: I totally bust out laughing when he started carving the celeriac 😂 But it's so much cuter, cleaner, and ethical than carving a turkey!! 😂
I love that you share your adventures with us and just how real you are, for instance giving us the low-down and details even about often overlooked things such as quality vs. price! Love it! The "carving" of the celeriac left me in stitches! Thank you
0:57 - question: you said it's nice cream and coconut ice cream based. But I thought nice cream = automatic frozen banana based? confused about the definition of nice cream? Can someone explain what nice cream is?
the problem with Danish vegans is that they have not understood that being vegan in Denmark damages our environment more than if Denmark were closer to the equator,,, let me explain,,,, 95% of everything a Danish vegan eats has to be imported, the transport of these food costs a lot on the co2 account, a ship with bananas from South America emits as much co2 as the whole of Denmark, the ship only sails 4.5 meters on 1 liter of crude oil, so Danish vegans must only eat greens that can grow in Denmark and buy the cookbook 1001 ways to cook cabbage
Thanks for this! Very fun and informative. I definitely want to eat more raw vegan food now.
My Dad is from Åarhus, he moved to Australia when he was 12. He is 65 now and has never gotten to go back. It was my dream to go together one day.
