I saw this movie last night and I really loved it ! Was so touching! I love the way how he cared for her it’s really nice. And I was so touched when they both were at the hospital and he met her fiancé I saw the hurt in his eyes! The ending thou was so epic!!

And Kate Winslet who played as Alex Martin who also speaks in an American accent in the 2017 film The Mountain Between Us.
It's the first time that I see the movie ...it's really moving and I liked it ...the two actors are amazing and great ...

Well I loved the film and the kindness and protectiveness of both characters. Holy crap...can't even imagine surviving in these circumstances. And I did like the ending. It's like if we can get thru that...and we come out loving each other...we have found our true life's meaning and protection forever . Yea, I know...romantic...but can anyone truly imagine if this ordeal were true!! Few would survive.

My question about this movie would have been:
did you work during the shoot, when idris and Kate got emotionally and emotionally closer?
the closeness of the two, the eyes of the eyes. the kiss and the erotic moments, and after the rescue The hospital. the separation of the two with much memory and heartache and finally where they find each other again.
this film has me in my sensitive place packed, I dive into the harmony and passion of these films and the emotions will not let me go.
I wish that this dream never stops. The life I live, no, I'm not happy. Time flies and I'm not getting any younger. Not only is my heart made of muscle, it's looking for the beautiful American woman I lost as a bus driver in (Germany) Wiesbaden / Naurod 11 years ago.

@@astaramushamboyera818 I am a bus driver, on January 16, 2007 it was a Tuesday. I started my service, around noon I had to be on another bus, it was a brand new bus and I was very happy about it. now i drove my route back and forth until the last tour. around PM 7 I arrived at a bus stop 3 minutes early. I didn't want to leave early and waited. It was dark and at the last second a young woman ran from behind to get in. she came to me and wanted to buy a ticket. I noticed she was not a German. after she sat down and I started driving. she said a few more words, unfortunately i didn't understand her, because i don't speak english. and later where she got out. I close the doors and slowly drove off. At the same eye level, I politely said goodbye with a hand gesture - she returned this gesture in the same moment. I thought, what was that now? and continued to drive at a slow pace, gradually moving further away from her position. later when i parked the bus in the depot i noticed how my face warms up and i just thought about this girl (i had fallen in love). the next day i absolutely wanted to find her again, that went on for 3 months without success, unfortunately i did not know her name, this made her search extremely difficult. after a few months a friend said to me that the girl i was looking for was called Melissa and she was from Minnesota and was back in the usa. That was my story

I was in New Zealand there were two three months female students from Germany we cacthed up at the bus stop and asked me which bus they should take to go diwn to the town shortly I explain to them and they asked me to went down to the town together and I cut my hair at barbershop and they did some shop because they were new, time went fast I was really closed to her and about to ask her and unfortunetly she texted with one my friend and I told her I am done with you and told him you can continue texting with him she was really trying to xplain more but I said no thanks. But I will come to Germany in August this year

Actually, Alex fit her character better. She was a bit of a tomboy;even her walk wasnt her normal girly work. I just wish her dialect coach had been better. They gave her a rather unpleasant version of an American accent. Sort of lots of flopping the tongue when she'd say words like "that" and "plane"...it wasnt appealing...but otherwise it was great.
I must not have a good ear because people keep talking about her ‘bad’ English accent and I don’t get it. I mean, I’m also latina and unless you sound like Salma Hayek, I think you sound just fine. 😂
Natalie Zayas-Bazan. Hi, I only meant in this film. Kate can do some lovely versions of American accents when she is told to. My original thought was for her to fire whomever was the vocal coach but then I looked it up and it is the same one she always uses, as in Titanic! I guess they were going for a regional thing, but I didn't enjoy it. She is too elegant for that sloppy stuff. And I have one myself! Nice chatting with you.

I totally agree with the accent part.. not that great.. she was meandering between English & American accent.. for ex: that line she says at the end in the restaurant.. “you’re not that great at picking up the phone” American accent with a British intonation.. lol
