I have been loving the more frequent TH-cam uploads. Thank you for sharing your struggles with sleep, it's something I've dealt with a lot as a student. The conversation on discipline is something I've dealt with a lot throughout my recovery journey as well

A term for this is “Bedtime procrastination”. I’m dealing with this as well and looking to overcome it.
