Absolutely the best College Football analyst, hands down. A lot of people talk about football but don’t see or understand much beyond the surface, beyond the score. Cube you are a joy to listen to.
Thanks for the great work Cole! Just a suggestion, maybe add Time Stamps/chapters in future week breakdowns! It’s not to hard to find the team(s) I want to watch specifically now with the images but the timestamps would be even better! Thanks for putting in the hard work! Show gets better each week!
As a State fan, I was pleasantly surprised with the offense. The defense is definently going to be an issue. It is just nice to see an actual QB behind center for MSU. Not some dink and dunk system guy who can't navigate a pocket. AND we didn't have to stand there and wait until 1 second on the play clock to run a play. It was actually fun to see this offense operate. Stats were sometimes pretty with Leach but it was rarely every fun or exciting to watch.
Agree with you Cole about the FCS teams. Some of these games were unwatchable. Enjoyed seeing y'all again in Lexington. Hope y'all come back again this season l under better circumstances.
Some people say you don't really learn anything in games vs G5 teams, but the number of guys you shouted out on Bama's defense says a lot. There were so many guys flashing on the defense. Campbell, Russaw, Smith, Overton were players that you mentioned, and they were all 5-stars coming out of HS. When you can get your most talented players playing good ball that's a recipe for success.
@@dannyberry8725 I'm pretty sure that's taking into account the fact that they had 2.16 yards per play against Bama and gave up 9.23 yards per play. They've consistently won 8-9 games the last 5 years.
@@dannyberry8725 You lose 63-0 and only muster 145 total yards that's going to happen doofus. WKU is a contender for CUSA pretty much every season. Coming in with those rankings after week 1 is meaningless like preseason polls. Casual af fan you are. 🤣
I think the issue is that the really great FCS teams are in the mountain region. North Dakota State, South Dakota State, Montana (my personal fav for years from that level), Montana State, Sacramento State. Handful of others and some on the east coast but not really in the south to that level. Teams play FCS teams in their backyard usually. South Dakota State last few years went to Iowa and Oklahoma State for example. NDSU went to Colorado. Montana State to New Mexico. You won't see Tennessee host Montana for example. So the Big 12 mostly and a little with the Big 10 now because of expansion will play the actual really good FCS teams whereas the SEC and ACC etc will not generally especially now because Appalachian State is not FCS anymore.
Ok what you mean by Kentuckys running back depth, however I think that Is mainly because the guys they have backing up Chip and demi are unproven. Jason Patterson and Jamarion Wilcox both look like they could end up better than the guys in front of them. I think once they start to get more touches, especially next season they will be the main two guys with maybe Tovani mizell taking a step..Jason Patterson looks like another Benny Snell out there, Jamarion Wilcox reminds me of Chuba Hubbard that played at Oklahoma State a while back..once they get going i think the question at running back will be answered. Both had a couple carries and looked good. If I'm Bush Hamden I'm getting them both more involved Saturday vs South Carolina.
Hey Cole can you explain the missed blocks by tackles? Over and over I'm seeing tackles let the obvious rusher by and look for a second level block or double the DT while the DE runs free and tackles the RB for a 3 yard loss. It's multiple teams multiple times a game and I just can't understand the logic.
Yeah he spent way to much time on games that didn't matter and hard to judge based off how sorry some of the competition was if some of these teams are really any good. Time will tell.
@randyclay6257 I get it but he said I won't spend to much time on any one team and he took forever ea team. Also not a Bama fan. I live here but that is it.
How is it when you talk about Texas and Ole Miss and the running backs and you’re just effusive in your praise. Both Bama running backs were powerful and dynamic. You only mentioned Haynes, but it wasn’t that much. He definitely did not even mention Miller. Analysis time of Texas and Ole Miss is two to one of the time spent on Alabama. Typical Bama hate.
Auburn. Where you, Cole, saw a problem, your answer was "don't worry, it'll come" or "don't worry, they'll clean that up." Didn't hear that with the other SEC schools. Where did you go to school, Cole?

My guy for in-depth SEC coverage. There’s no one better.

You can't have it all. Watch and determine your own mental time stamps.
You did it and a great job at that. Roll tide
Thank you very much for adding the pictures for each segment. Makes it easy to find what I’m looking for
Also, read and react is one of the best shows on the network!!
BEST IN THE GAME!!! A football mind breaking down football in depth like few are willing to do. Thank you Cole for what you do!
Great rundown Cube. Go Cats!

This was fantastic mate! 🙌 To break down all 16 games as well as you did, your shows quickly rising up my ranks of college shows
Great show!
You are the best are the best at what you do Cole.
Excellent breakdowns Cube
Great job Cole.

Great show - Thanks!
Appreciate you doing your homework in all of the teams
Great stuff sir!
always the first pod I listen to after a long weekend of football. You da man cube
Just fantastic coverage Cole. I really, really appreciate your insight - I think it's the best in-depth analysis in the business.
Ole Miss had two starting OL out for that game. One was the Center.
Great job!
Awesome break down Cole! Appreciate it!
Hail State!
Ball is back.
Big Cube!

According to FPI and SP+ WKU might as well have been an FCS school. They are ranked 129 out of 134 FBS teams.

Feel your pain about filming and then the video not available! But, I only listen to audio so at least that worked!
#Hailstate and most definitely gotta protect hiself scared me a few times
vandys D line was playing hard too
Not a week goes by that I don't check in for your reactions. Thanks.

Great stuff Cole. But, do we really have to name ever player on every roster :) I'm old and my attention span is limited!

❤
🏈
Timestamps please!!!
He barely gets this thing oou on Monday. Don't ask him to do more to make it easier for you.
Right off bat spent too much time on Missouri game, it was Murray st.
You could say that about most of the conference. It’s an “SEC show”, Mizz fans want to hear about their team as much as Bama fans do.
@randyclay6257 I get it but he said I won't spend to much time on any one team and he took forever ea team. Also not a Bama fan. I live here but that is it.
GBO
For some reason it unsubscribed me from the cube show…
OU o line sucked and I’m a OU fan🤬
I appreciate how thorough and professional you are Cole but you are making too much out of these scrimmages against High School teams 🫤

Oklahoma was missing 3 starters... all will be fine
