- Another fun family vacation traveling with my parents. For this episode we do a fun road trip in a Ford Everest just a couple hours away from Metro Manila. We drive through the beautiful tagaytay mountains and then sail on a boat across the lake to our end destination at Taal Volcano in Talisay Batangas. This extraordinary adventure was made possible with the hlep of Trip Advisor and Ford. The Everest was the perfect vehicle for a fun family road trip, with many different features that both me and my family enjoyed most notably the 800mm water wading capability,

Loved how good story teller you are. The value of having quality time with your family, which i never had. I mean.. I never had such a good quality time with them. Mom works abroad since i was 5 (and im 31 now) living separated from my siblings (broken family so dad's not in picture haha) but yea.. The kind of family u have is the kind of family i always dreamt of. Keep on inspiring alot of people wil. And may God bless you, protect you and your whole family. ❤️

Throughout this vlog entry, I had this little voice in the back of my head keep telling me that you were playing with some different stylistic approaches. The opening was a really nice transition from planning and prep to the sudden appearance in the back of the Ford. It worked well. The speed of narration kept pace with the quickness of the video movement. To me, it seemed like this was almost like an episode of "The Great Race" where short shots of contestants moving along the obstacles in cities create a sense of excitement. You appeared like you were dipping into the "Jeff Probst Playbook", which I really enjoyed. The fact that this trip was limited to 24 hours created a hurried feel...nice job in creating that feel. The urgency was really there.
Then... the slow drone shots pulled the viewer back into a completely different universe. It was almost as if it were the thick, creamy filling of a Double Stuffed Oreo that begged us to slow down and just savor the moment of of the rolling green mountains surrounding the volcano and the clouds drifting above them. And... just as soon as that... the urgency and the pace returned.
The flow of the narration was natural and it seems, to me, you were just having fun with it. I was having a lot of fun watching this piece of work. It just seems to me like you're getting back to basics again and enjoying the creative aspect of it all. Keep exploring... trying new things... experiment... the world is your oyster, kid... Have a ball. Keep on keepin' on!

It amazes me how something so destructive can create something beautiful. Taal Lake/volcano is definitely on my list of travel destinations!

To see Taal Volcano used to be on my bucket list, I might have to wait for another 50 years for full rehabilitation and see the beauty back again, but I highly doubt if I'm still alive to see it. So watching Wil's vlog is the next thing to do; thanks Wil. My thoughts and prayers for all those who are affected by the Taal volcano eruption. It's . heartbreaking to watch the animals especially the horses who took tourists to the top to witness the beautiful Taal volcano.

Wil......thanks for all you do. I've never even heard of a Vlog.....I was searching ways to make money living in the Philippines. Vlogs were a way. I came across you. And now I feel like the whole family should be invited to my house for Thanksgiving. Your rock solid brother! BTW.....you helped me go through 2 major brain surgeries. One was a brain tumor. Been there with my fam too and it was so amazing. We didn't ride a horse horse though kasi kulang pera hahaha but it was so fun! And at the top of it is the very beautiful crater of Taal Volcano. 😍🌋

Am watching all your videos. And recently there is a taal eruption. A lot of people lost their business but mostly, a lot of horse lost their lives (which is practically speaking their business.) I feel bad. And I appreciate these animals more after seeing them here. And, yeah! After this disaster happened. They need us more. Tangkilikin ang sariling atin. We should promote our town more. Praying for the evacuees that they may restore all the things they've lost. And I know all things are possible to God!
