Hi, Thanks for the wonderful piece of information on Dayara Bugyal Trek. Would it be possible to share the right equipment required during winter trek at this place, please. Thanks
Hi Falhar Yes - have a look at our What To Take list here: indiahikes.com/dayara-bugyal-trek/#what-to-take In case you are doing the trek DIY style and want details of camping equipment, call us on +91-080-468-01269 and we will help you out :)
Hi Sayan, Dayara Bugyal is the best trek for beginners. It wouldn't be much difficult if you are well prepared for the trek. Make sure you start preparing yourself in terms of fitness well in advance, at least one and a half months before your trek. You should be able to comfortably run 5 km in 38 minutes. Then, you would not just complete the trek but also do it comfortably and enjoy the whole experience. Go through our trek page for detailed information about the trek - indiahikes.com/dayara-bugyal-trek
There is likely to be quite a lot of snow in March, this is all residual snow from winter. So if there's a good winter, there's usually a lot of snow in March.
Visit their website or simply search Indiahikes on Google and browse their website, select your trek, select date, fill in your details, make online payment and there you go!
Is this true that If I am not able to reach the summit because of some reason or I want to do the same trek in some other season then I can repeat the same trek within one year and Indiahikes will not charge for this? Please throw some light on this.
Thanks for the tips. One question will i be able to contact my family while being on this trek as i am going there on 5th of December 2020 if not I’ll inform them about situation in advance.
Can person with high blood pressure go to this trek? He can easily run 5km within 35 mins but his blood pressure is always on higher side like 140/90. Do you check blood pressure regularly throughout the trek ? And what will happen if you find person with high bp level during trek ?
Absolutely! As long as they take their regular medications, they're fine. I have a high BP issue too ranging from 150/100 to even going as high as 180/120 and I haven't faced any issues so far.
