FaceBook Lost Password Solution

Tim's FaceBook account had been hacked and he was no longer able to log in to it from a computer but his cell phone was able to remain logged in without having to re-enter the new password created by the hacker. He was unable to reset the password from his cell phone or his computer using the FaceBook lost password procedure because FaceBook would not offer to confirm his identity by email or text message until he found this solution in the Meta Accounts Center.
