Vincent ‘Buddy’ Cianci dead at 74

Former Providence Mayor Vincent A. “Buddy” Cianci Jr.,who presided over the renaissance of Rhode Island’s capital city but twice was forced from City Hall following felony convictions, has died. He was 74.
