Honestly, being a barista is tough, but at least from my own experience it can definitely be enjoyable anyway! Especially if you’re someone who usually enjoys the coffee shop environment. So I def understand why you enjoyed it!

Its probably the time that I’m watching this; but ngl every time the music got more melancholy and the tone of the video changed to be more relaxed; it made me really emotional🙃 I guess i didn’t realise how much i’ve neglected to let my mind slow down recently, and so these moments hit me really hard, cos suddenly i’m rid of distraction, and being reminded by my brain, to acknowledge my emotions for a minute and be more present i suppose… This sounds super wishy-washy and i doubt anyone will read this…But thank you Ashley. This lil dose of calm and comfort, was something i needed, so much more than i knew x

if you need something do keep your hands busy you should try crocheting! i make stuffed animals and blankets, it's so relaxing and feels great when a project is finished
