It was a Medieval tragedy so British of some sort. I think Celtic? If I said french I was drinking lol Edit: Wiki for the win. Based on a Celtic legend and possibly other sources, the tale is a tragedy about the illicit love between the Cornish knight Tristan and the Irish princess Iseult. For reference Iseult is the alternative spelling of Isolde.
