The white wire, top right (Pin 16) is Positive Battery & the black wire, bottom left (Pin 21) is Ground. Check the DC voltage reading using a multimeter. It should be around 12.6 V.
Where you testing the last two wires top and bottom ?

These are fucking expensive specially for 2012-2015 SI models. I inquire in my dealership it cost around $1600 plus shipping.
You can take it apart and resauder where it connects to motherboard theres other videos on here that can fix the proble
