Speaking from experience, as you start going to therapy you will start getting used to talking to that specific therapist. I hope you can start getting the help you need like I did. 🙂
Mine always end up sending me to another shrink, honestly I hate them all they all get paid to ask dumb generic questions that's not real help it's idiotic and there needs to be a new system that is more based on nature and work with people who actually are empathic and not just fake caring.

They just say i am just selfish and I need to just stop being so dramatic. And I feel so trapped and feel like I am some monster and I don’t deserve love and I am sooo worthless. But asmr and creators who say you aren’t alone and and who try to reach out to there viewers help me sooooo much. So thank you for being so helpful and make me feel better and feel wanted. Although gibi nor any other TH-camr will ever see this I just wanted to vent. ( I just saw the beginning of the video and what gibi said made me break down in tears and yeah sorry for this long comment I know no one will ever see this )

I'm really sorry to hear that but you know what you don't need validation about how bad is your problem from someone else even if they are your parents. You are strong and a very strong willed person. If you doubt this then just look at where you are now. You survived the bad days and you are still here thriving and trying and I'm so proud of you for that. I know how you feel and what are you going through. I myself was diagnosed with OCD 2 years ago and I remember how bad it was back then but now it's under control and you can overcome it too. Plus lately I have been feeling very anxious and I know that talking to someone about it helps but I just think that nobody will really understand and I just don't wanna talk about it. I literally cried like a baby 15 minutes ago and I'm just telling you all this because I want you to know that even if you feel alone think that what you're feeling isn't abnormal or something that is just happening to you . Your feelings are valid and just because someone doesn't understand what you're going through doesn't make your struggles less important. I hope everything works out for you.
