I love your minimal packing list - honestly no one stays in the hospital for weeks unless something goes wrong, ive seen so many lists and they always make me feel so lost/ overwhelmed...im starting to work on mine and honestly ty! This helps a LOT.
This is literally the best and most realistic hospital bag video I've ever seen. I'm having my 3rd baby in a couple days and all I would change about this is the babies clothes. I packed two newborn PJs for my last son and that was it. He pooped on one pair and then peed all over the second pair. I had to have my husband go all the way home for another outfit because all the hospital had was a shirt and I wasn't going to strap him in his car seat with no pants on lol. So maybe pack an extra outfit because newborns do poop and pee and even puke and nothing is worse than not having a clean outfit for them.
I just wanted to say thank for a realistic video. I kept seeing videos that were ridiculously over packed. You just packed the essentials, which is perfect for a third time mom.
We appreciate you! I shut down earlier because other YT’rs were packing tripods, formula, outfits for pictures 🥺. I was searching for a simple straight to the point guide for packing. Bless you!
Finally a realistic hospital bag . And not a suitcase full of BS. The less stuff you bring the more stuff you can take from the hospital for free so that’s always a plus.
Thank you for this. I dont know why packing a bag has been stressing me out so badly. I'm currently 35 weeks pregnant, and need to get on this!!! Your list is perfect!!
Finally! The video that I needed! I’m a first time mom and watching other videos was making me feel overwhelmed with everything other women take in a bag, I know I might stay at least 24 hours so this is some good information thanks girl 😊
Omg thank God i found this video, I'm 37 weeks and still havent pack anything since most of the videos take almost the whole damn house with them and I felt very overwhelmed didn't know what truly take to the hospital.. Thank you 😊 💓
I’m currently 32 weeks and due December 12th with a baby boy who happens to be my first and I’m obsessed with these videos but I don’t want to overpack and I feel like this video really cuts it down to what you really need without packing too much or too little so I very much appreciate that and will probably be using this video for reference! ☺️
Congrats! That is very sweet of you. I don’t see too many dads watching my videos. I’m glad to hear this was helpful for you. Wishing you both all the best as you await the arrival of your baby.
Omg yes that disposal underwear is LIFE! I got them for my first born, and definitely getting them again. I hate wearing pads to begin with and this made me feel so much more comfortable
Something a nurse told me was the hospital water isn’t filtered. She told me to bring water of my own. Like those essentia bottles , since it’s super hydrating.
I would recommend packing almonds, they are high in fiber and yummy when salted. It’s not restricted like peanuts are. It will also won’t go bad in the bag if you pack further in advance.
If u put aloe Vera gel+a bit of witch Hazel on them or pads, put them in the freezer(in a bag of course), they're brilliant for your sore bits! Those nursing bras look so soft +comfy. I'm so excited for you all x💞
I would definitely recommend taking more snacks because at my hospital we were only able to get breakfast lunch and dinner (which wasn’t always very good) so you and hubby will want things to munch on. Granola bars, pop tarts, mixed nuts and chips were winners for us:)
This is her 4th, I’m guessing she must feel comfortable with how much food her hospital provides ☺️ Some hospitals have food 24/7 in the post partum care area, mine does!
Hospitals provide snacks too. I was recently there because I had early contractions and my nurse asked if we wanted snacks and she brought snacks and sandwiches at 10pm and 9am. I never knew that they had snacks either and this is my 4th baby. She said that it's Free we just have to ask for it. All this time and I did know.
Ohh I’m taking pop tarts with me, I’ve been craving them my whole pregnancy. With my first 2 they didn’t let me eat while I was in labor and my first was born around midnight so hadn’t eaten all day and my second was born around 6pm, I think we ate pizza with his big brother that night.
You packed just enough! So excited for you and the family! Not sure if your room has its own mini fridge & microwave. If it does have a microwave you can bring some foods that only require adding water to rehydrate. I brought some beef jerky...high in protein and filling. Sending lots of prayers your way!!!
This video was super helpful! Currently 32 weeks with my first baby girl and it's been difficult to figure out what is necessary and what may not be needed. Screenshotted your list and plan on using it to help pack :)
Shay Carter Congrats! 🥰 I’m glad you found today’s video helpful. You can also call your hospital ahead of time to see what they provide for baby and mom. 😊 That’s why I didn’t pack any diapers or postpartum care.
So funny so my first 2 (both boys) were 8+lbs. so when I packed my bag for my daughter I packed 0-3 size outfits and she was 6lbs haha my husband had to go get her a newborn outfit to come home. So I’ll be packing both sizes when I have #4 in February
Thank you. This was the most helpful hospital bag video that I've ever seen. I've watch a lot that said what you actually need and it was way too much stuff. I will definitely use this list for my delivery.
Our hospital has a little coffee maker, microwave, station on the l &d floor, so we actually brought little packets of oatmeal, and the little cups of ramen soup, just in case. We brought some other little snacks as well, but those are good for if you want something hot that feels like a meal. I dk if you have that option at your hospital or not.
For snacks, I had taken Nairn's Oat Cakes, Branettes and a bag of pitted dates- they were perfect, really filling, not perishable, and life-savers for post-partum toilet trips :)
Definitely worth bringing your breastfeeding pillow. If I bring nothing this second pregnancy, I'm 100% bringing that!!! Your in so much pain down there. You need the support from the breastfeeding pillow to help you get the baby in a good position for feeding. I requested like 9 pillows try to support me and my baby but that didn't help like my breastfeeding pillow did. Make sure your breastfeeding pillow has good support and isn't one of those that's just stuffing and no foam. That's if you want to have a successful time breastfeeding without putting your groin in more pain than it will already be in. TMI warning, but trying to sit up straight to support the baby for feeding just pulled my stitches and hurt so so so bad. My pillow allows me to lay back but keeps the baby in a good position so that I don't have to sit up straight. I hope this helps someone....
New subscriber here! I love this video! Especially the minimalism of it! I took way to much with me during my first L&D I’m current pregnant with baby #2 due in may and I love the way you packed!
So happy to see that you are staying safe and healthy and hope everything is going well for you during this special time in your life and hope your unborn baby girl is healthy and growing and my thoughts and prayers are with you for a safe and healthy pregnancy and God bless you all and stay safe and healthy. Love 💘, guys
Thank you so much for this video! I am going to be induced this coming sunday with my 1st baby and i didnt know what all i would need but thank god for this video! 😁❤
I really like the Bibs pacifiers. They're way too expensive for my budget, so I only bought one pack of two, but my little one looooved that one until she outgrew pacifiers altogether (pretty early on, which is cool, no trouble with that luckily.) And they look SO cute in pictures.
In my hospital bag I’m bringing some dark chocolate protein bars that are my favorite, beef jerky and trail mix. Someone told me that I would want snacks that are filling instead of sweets like gummy bears and chips lol
Currently working on my hospital bag for my first baby. Due only a few days after you. Would love to see how your preparing for postpartum. Will you be taking the items the hospital offers you or do you have your own set up in your bathroom. Besides the adult diapers?
Congrats! 💛 Previously I’ve always taken everything that was provided in the hospital and I continue to use that stuff at home until I run out. That was more than enough for me 😊
Not yet packed my bag...still planning n will do it soon...love the idea of disposable panties...sure will look for it..n so simple packing...my headache gone what to pack...though I am a mom of 4 n this is my 5th baby😀thank u dear n u too have a safe pregnancy journey👏❤
I think I packed 2 PJ sets & a going home outfit but I’ll probably wear one of the PJ sets to go home. Don’t think I’ve overpacked though. Overdue by 4 days
Thank you for sharing, I'm due November 10th. I had way to much on my list and really got it down and added the adult diapers with watching your video!! I'm having a boy, but this was great advice! 💙👶💙
My face once you say this is your fourth baby 👁👄👁 You look so young and beautiful! (Not that 4th time moms aren’t young and beautiful) but this is my first time on your Channel & I thought you were easily (17-20) lol I’m so sorry!!! your video was so helpful ❤️❤️
New subscriber here. Congrats on your baby girl. I’m due end of November with my first baby girl. I just watched your other nursery video too & loved your videos. :) I just ordered the nursing bra & sleeping bra. Thank you so much!!!
Congratulations I just found your channel and our baby shower is on the same day also we have the same due date &did I add we are both having a girl!!! Thanks for the video
I'm definitely packing a lot of snacks this time around due to COVID. Not being able to leave the hospital could be extra awful since I also have food sensitivities. I had to decline a meal when my first child was born because it just smelled so gross (like cat food). One thing that I highly recommend is Quest bars or some other type of energy bar because they will fill you up and keep you going. I'm also intentionally over-packing on clothes for my daughter because with our son the hospital got very cold at night.
I'm a daddy to be and trying to learn how to help along the way!!! Thank you for this
That’s so sweet! 🥰
👍
Aww
You're such a rare specimen 😆 Bravo 👏👌✌🙏
this is so sweet 🥺😍

I’m glad it was helpful for you. Congrats and good luck 💛
Finally a real hospital bag that isnt overpacked with unnecessary stuff and works!
Those are all great essentials to take to the hospital!! Hope everyone reading this has an amazing & blessed week!!
We hope you do as well 💛
Ive had four children, pregnant with our fifth and I learned something from this video. Well done!!!

Congratulations
Finally! The video that I needed! I’m a first time mom and watching other videos was making me feel overwhelmed with everything other women take in a bag, I know I might stay at least 24 hours so this is some good information thanks girl 😊
My daughter said she packed a $10 roll of quarters for the vending machines.
Amen to that 1st shower after having a baby!!!
I know this is random, but your eyebrows look so good!
Thank you 😊
Omg thank God i found this video, I'm 37 weeks and still havent pack anything since most of the videos take almost the whole damn house with them and I felt very overwhelmed didn't know what truly take to the hospital.. Thank you 😊 💓

Scared dad watching this now my love is in her third tri and just trying to show her we got this together thanks for the help 🙏🏾
Congrats! That is very sweet of you. I don’t see too many dads watching my videos. I’m glad to hear this was helpful for you. Wishing you both all the best as you await the arrival of your baby.
My first baby due on three weeks this video is so helpful thankyou, plz help me to pray for a normal safe delivery
Omg you totally reminded me to get flip flops for the shower - Thankyou!!!
Why am I watching this ? I’m
Not even pregnant lol , you look amazing btw , safe delivery!
😂😂😂
Omg yes that disposal underwear is LIFE! I got them for my first born, and definitely getting them again. I hate wearing pads to begin with and this made me feel so much more comfortable
Something a nurse told me was the hospital water isn’t filtered. She told me to bring water of my own. Like those essentia bottles , since it’s super hydrating.
😳 omg! that’s scary! Good to know though.
I am bringing my own huge jug of water !! I have to drink filtered water. Tap water taste so gross
Thank you for the tip
Thank you 😳
I would recommend packing almonds, they are high in fiber and yummy when salted. It’s not restricted like peanuts are. It will also won’t go bad in the bag if you pack further in advance.
Okay you sold me on the diaper underwear 😂
Loved this video ... I am a loss mommy my son was stillborn 03/03/18 currently trying hope to get pregnant soon... can’t wait for baby shower video
I am so grateful for all these kind of videos. They are so helpful . I’m only 27 weeks pregnant but it’s so nice watch these.
Thank you so much !!!
I forgot flipflops with my first and I ended up showering with socks on 🤦♀️
Y lmao? Socks wouldn’t protect your feet at all after they get wet. Might as well go barefoot because that’s basically what u did.

Good luck and congrats! 💛

Omg your Due date exactly same as me 🤗

New subscriber here, I am currently 22 weeks pregnant, due March 2021.

U and me both dear.... can't wait for march 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣, I'll start preparing late Jan
I love your very straight forward video! Just the important stuff
You packed just enough! So excited for you and the family! Not sure if your room has its own mini fridge & microwave. If it does have a microwave you can bring some foods that only require adding water to rehydrate. I brought some beef jerky...high in protein and filling. Sending lots of prayers your way!!!
Thank you so much! 💛 Unfortunately we won’t have access to a microwave or fridge during our hospital stay.
Most realistic video I have seen and straight to the point!. The other ones made me feel so overwhelmed and it so annoying
Thank you. There’s so much confusing things as far as just. Overdoing it. So this is perfectttt
Mixed nuts is a great hospital snack especially if you're breastfeeding ! Losts of protein
I’m a new mom. Thank you so much! Now I have an idea of what to bring to the hospital.

Genius
Thank you. This was the most helpful hospital bag video that I've ever seen. I've watch a lot that said what you actually need and it was way too much stuff. I will definitely use this list for my delivery.

Having my first baby in June 2021 and yes it's a baby girl. This video has everything that I need to know and prepare my bag. Thank you so much!
This was definitely the most helpful and reasonable whats in my bag video, thank you!!
Thank you! Glad to hear it was helpful 😊
This is the best list I have found so far. Thank you!!!!!
You're video makes me feel like I've over packed, lol. Good thing I have time to take some things out! Thank you for sharing 💕
Same lol after i watched the video i went and unpacked some things 😅
Currently pregnant with my first and literally started leaking at like 23-24 weeks 😭 definitely need those bamboo pads!!
youre very organized! cant believe next month you are due! great things packed for baby!
!
For snacks, I had taken Nairn's Oat Cakes, Branettes and a bag of pitted dates- they were perfect, really filling, not perishable, and life-savers for post-partum toilet trips :)
This was a good list! Thank You. Packing Daddy’s toothbrush is important
Great tips, thanks for sharing the real on postpartum bleeding, ect! God Bless you and your family🙏🏼💖

Those always undies are LIFE! Never ever will wear hospital undies ever again lol I also agree that’s the number 1 items for me too!
My maiden name is Megan Moran so glad I found your channel! I’m also 5 weeks away from delivering my 3rd....love your minimal hospital bag ❤️❤️❤️
Oh I couldn’t limit my babies clothes to only 1-2 outfits. My babies tend to explode pretty soon after their arrival 💩💩 You’re brave 😂
Being a first time mom. This video was very helpful.
I wore the always diaper post baby but I put pad on also for
Extra protection
New subscriber here! I love this video! Especially the minimalism of it! I took way to much with me during my first L&D I’m current pregnant with baby #2 due in may and I love the way you packed!
So happy to see that you are staying safe and healthy and hope everything is going well for you during this special time in your life and hope your unborn baby girl is healthy and growing and my thoughts and prayers are with you for a safe and healthy pregnancy and God bless you all and stay safe and healthy. Our hospital let us Postmates and I packed water, popcorn, nuts and granola bars.
I also brought a portable uv light case for things I need sterilized on the go.... and I also brought Lysol wipes and hand sanitizer
Thanks so much for posting! This really helps me, first baby due in 20 days!!! 😊💕 Don't want to bring a ton of stuff.
I really like the Bibs pacifiers. They're way too expensive for my budget, so I only bought one pack of two, but my little one looooved that one until she outgrew pacifiers altogether (pretty early on, which is cool, no trouble with that luckily.) And they look SO cute in pictures.
Wow my due date is also October 30th congratulations to us in alvance
In my hospital bag I’m bringing some dark chocolate protein bars that are my favorite, beef jerky and trail mix. Someone told me that I would want snacks that are filling instead of sweets like gummy bears and chips lol

Good luck in delivering baby girl!
Love Always Discreet supplies, whether it’s undies or pads.

Thank you for such a great video. When is the right time to start preparing for the bag
Hi! I just wanted to comment on how beautiful you are! You make me feel like i can be glamorous during pregnancy!
Gold fish have been my fav snack lately, maybe you can take some of those
