Informative video as ever :) what about the pairing of karajishi and sakura?

As mentioned in the video, karajishi are traditionally paired with peonies. If you’re curious about the meaning behind sakura, check out this link for more details: th-cam.com/video/rT96kE_i5Ns/w-d-xo.html

Hi I've been really interested to know more about japanese culture, and since I was born with the year of the Dragon (2000) and I am also planning to get some tattoos can I request if you could also do what goes with dragons especially for tattoos. I highly respect Japanese culture beliefs. Thankyou 🤗

Hello Sana! I had a Japanese tattoo master tell me the same thing about dragons and lotus flower. How come they cannot go together? I went with cherry blossoms instead but am curious!

I wouldn't say that it's "no go" to combine dragon and lotus flower as you see them on many tattoos and paintings. Maybe the dragon has special meaning or story behind it. I would suggest to ask your master directly. ;-)
