I just found out I'm allergic to dairy, eggs, and gluten after having serious health issues for over a year now. Breakfast has had me in the throes of anxiety. The only thing I've been eating for almost a month now has been Cheerios (original), Planet Oat oat milk, strawberries, banana, and chia seeds. It's been filling, and I've gotten used to it and almost look forward to it each morning -- but man it would be nice to have options! Thanks!
Love these!!! I have a family history of Cancer so I need to avoid the estrogen and possible BLV in dairy and choline and lead in eggs. Thanks so much for sharing
Hey I recently found your channel you are an angel and life saver I’m on my journey of inner healing I really like the chicken sausage and pepper meals just keep in mind no matter how many views you get you are out here changing normal peoples lives for the better keep making content please!!!!!!
I’m so glad I found this. I found out in intolerant to egg white, milk, gluten and nuts and immediately thought “what on earth am I going to eat for breakfast?!”
I’ve always had anaphylactic food allergies since I was a child, but…I found out over 3 years ago that I’m extremely lactose intolerant. I miss cheese so much. Violife is decent though. I’m content eating vegan cheese instead of getting sick. It’s definitely a game changer for everyone with dairy allergies to try them all out. Y’all will find a substitute. It’s hard, but keep trying!
Thanks for the ideas. I have 18month old twins. One has allergies to gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts. The other has no allergies so far. It’s been a huge challenge. I didn’t even know there was a cheese that was free of all these main foods!
Hi! I’m so sorry to hear that you’re struggling with cystic acne. Since creating this video I’m now a certified nutritional therapy practitioner, so with acne it’s typically stemming from blood sugar imbalances or gut issues, which can lead to hormonal imbalances that can lead to acne. So doing your best to eat balanced meals that have a fat, protein and carbohydrate all together is the best way to help regulate your blood sugar levels. So yes! Eggs are a great source of protein for those who can tolerate them! Typically I aim to get pasture raised eggs when possible, but always remember that any fresh, whole food is better than nothing! So if it’s too expensive or out of your budget to always buy top of the line foods, some whole food nutrients is always better than no nutrients!
