- These made to order $950 kits will allow you to build your very own mini boat at home.
American company Rapid Whale has created "Mini Boat," a miniature boat measuring 6ft in length and around 50kg in weight.
The boat is made almost entirely of laser-cut plywood and is held together using a combination of glue and cable ties.
Fiberglass is applied to the whole boat, increasing its strength and waterproofing. Mini Boat is powered by two 12-volt batteries, allowing the miniature rig to reach a top speed of 4 mph.

It’s pretty easy when i was 4 my dad and uncle made me a big ass boat with only a old mini bike engine the propeller was made out of a can and the body it self out of really strong wood and some waterproof glue. I am now 15 and i still have it and it works the cost was almost nothing the wood was scrap wood and the engine had some problems so it was cheaper but my uncle fixed it so it cost almost 25 dollars.

If it were gasoline/petrol powered it would be cheaper, lighter and more powerful. Energy density of batteries is terrible compared to fuel for an internal combustion engine.

The cable ties are only go hold the boat long enough for the epoxy glue sets then you cut them off
You can get a much larger, aluminum boat witha gas powered motor for like $100- $200 used

My kit would include a new plastic septic tank with an added keel and a more powerful motor. Foam inserts in case it got punctured. Buy a boat in which you can use as a surface style submarine for the same price. For an extra fee we can turd your boat into an actual submarine. How cool would that be. Included is a 1 inch thich see thru floor. If you buy the limited edition we wil install a working toilet for you. We call it the convinience package.

Only in calm water's because if a wave hits you.. or the water ascends a little.. What will happen? Ofc it will get to your cables and Battery's.. This will lead you with 2 issuses.
1.It will explode and it will make a hole in your boat and sink it
2. It might catch on fire.. and you have no escape expect abandon it.. (Water would make it worse)
So best to not buy this trash that shall be worth 10-100 pounds
