One should give thanks in our prayers for appreciation of Good Health and Being Alive. One must accept the facts that it is truly a Gift of Heaven. To be alive and healthyv is to love, tolerant, to learn, to appreciate, compassion for others. Life is short Be Happy.

Hi I’m 75 live each day simple and I have routine gym, AA ( 23 years) , eat out three times a week , used to be six times a week, but inflation took care of that ha ha anyway I tried to enjoy my life and the present. Thanks for the video and the education enjoy life every one
Everything comes and goes. Health can be gone through something you ate or the air you breathe. Money can be taken from you. The best children are adopted, you get to choose the child, you give someone who needs a home and the only creature that pollutes is people so you are not adding to that. Hard work is it's own reward, you don't have to be a slave to it but physical hard work feels good.

I know money is required to have a comfortable life. So I wish my kid had comfortable lives, thus leaving them with some money, surely assisting them to attain a comfortable life.
China is famous for its long history and wisdom. Personally I think that we must decide how long we want to live and live life accordingly. Through our quantic atoms we are eternal. We should enjoy life like a vacation. Health is really, like you say, the best thing in life.
I gave this a 9, but many 70 and 80 year olds have lost a child, it would be nice if you could do a program about this., I lost 2 children. what helps me is traveling to Europe it is very healing for me., but I would give anything to have my children back, I have another son , but he cannot have children, so I am not a grandmother.
Me too, at 14 years 6 days. My Gentle Giant. He was able to give life to at least 10 recipients... This knowledge gives me the courage to go forward. It was many years before I could understand that my happy Farm Boy would not have had any measure of LIFE.... on machines. 34 years later I struggle every day with his loss...
