Mine is very peaceful, it has never shown any aggression towards tank mates. I've never heard of Heterospecific aggression from this species, but they are known to be aggressive towards each other, especially the males towards other males. Unless you have a mated pair or a very large aquarium, keeping more than one is not a good idea.
Those are definitely Mimic Files. You can tell by the fins and body shape. The patterns and colouration is also quite different in mature Mimic Files compared to Valentini Puffers too, especially in males.

Mostly towards each other, but they also would nip at the other fish.
