Hi everyone! You guys know it won't always be a jackpot, but we still had a lot of fun going out to save what we could from apartment dumpsters. We're happy to have checked on the dumpster melons and see that they are still thriving :) Hope you enjoy coming along with us and have a wonderful day!
Wash those Justin boots with dawn soap and water. Stuff with plastic bags and set outside in sun to dry. Then get some saddle soap or boot lotion and rub all over. Let dry and they’re good as new.
Unfortunately some toasters are hard to clean. Mine gave me a scare the Alice bread got stock and it burned. I always check on the dates of the food packages.. highly recommended fish oil pills. The basket can be used for many things.. that piece of the straw hanging can be cut or fixed in.
You both always brighten my day! Thank you for your fun, cheerfulness, positive, determination. Whatever you find is positively keeping items out of landfill. I feel like you found a giant squash. Amazing! "Thank You!" for all you do to help keep good items from landfill.🎉❤🎉
Im in South Australia and everytime I see all the bottles and cans in the dumpsters I think how excited Recyclers would be here lol. We get 10 cents for every bottle, can, juice box etc
You should take one of the melons for the seeds. You let the seeds dry out, then put in refrigerator from April till May for 6 weeks before you plant them next spring when ground warms up.
A marrow can be peeled, reseeded, after you cut in slices and is usually cut into large equal pieces and boiled or uou can cut into rings part boil, lay in a tray and fill with fried mince in little gray and covered in cheese and baked on medium heat for 45 mins. This is a main course when served and add veg of choice and carbs. You can substitute cheese for cheese sauce. You can also use it in ratatouille in place of courgettes. Marrows are/were a summer vegetable, rarely seen now where I live in the country.
You could probably clean those boots. Person probably wasn’t keen on cleaning them. If you use a soft dry brush to clean off the dried mud it will be easier to polish or spray with weather protection.
The big giant zucchini, is called by the Italians a Goo-goots-za. They grew them on a fence line. Stuffed with meatball style meat and baked in red sauce. However I'm thinking the white sauce and minced meat sounds delicious too! 🥒🍄🟫🍅🧀🍝
Hi Kelly this is a marrow my dad grew them you cut them in half lengthways scoop out the seeds then stuff if with savoury stuffing with plenty of grated cheese on top, and bake in the oven for your dinner it lovely and healthy and enough for a family xx
Most toasters have a sliding tray at the bottom, by pulling an area at front or back. Other times it’s detachable held in place like a picture frame is put together. Unplug before cleaning.
The leather on the boots can be reconditioned and they will look much, much better. Clean the dried mud off, wash them with leather soap and oil them with mink oil or use a spray sealer to protect them from moisture. My husband always treated his boots to keep them nice.
If you could send those boots through the mail, I know someone who could desperately use them here in Kentucky. Love your show by the way and the Paducah clip. You guys do an awesome job
I remember seeing a video of a guy who travelled around United States and planted flower seeds everywhere he went I loved that idea so much flowers growing everywhere
My partner and I used to order pizza at least twice per week. We had to go out and around the corner to recycle the boxes, so we usually saved up a few to make the trip worth it. I had the idea to stack them up, and we kept saving them and saving them. We stacked them and rotated each box a little. In what seemed like no time, we had a Christmas tree of pizza to garlic bread boxes. It was hilarious and depressing at the same time. (The very top box was wings lol so we had to get rid of that because ew sticky wings)
Collect the seeds. Dry and them enough so they don’t mold. Over winter the seeds in the fridge. Stratification. Plant after the last spring frost in you area. They are heavy feeders, so lots of compost, or fertilizer. Enjoy ❤️
Hi,those boots might clean up fine...just use a medium hard boot brush on them.might find one at dollar store if you don;t have one. Get as much dirt off that way aas you can. Then a damp sponge...and if clean up good can get decent $ for them.
Thanks for the fun video. You two have so much fun even if you don't find anything, love your energy and your attitude to finding almost nothing. Keep up the great videos.😊😊😊😊
It a maro you slice it into rings remove the outside and the middle put them on a baking tray, fill the middle with stuffing, drizzle with oil Ann’s roasted in the oven till tender, it’s delicious 🤤 💜🌸🇬🇧
Kelly, I'm in Florida, but have a kid in MN. I found a secret. If you got to Uniqlo at this time of year, you can find their winter wear. I have a zip up hoodie made from recycled plastic bottles (it is super soft), as well as fleece lined sweatpants (also made of the recyled plastic). It's lightweight, you don't have to have a giant coat, but is is perfect for those days where it is cold in the AM and warm later. I don't work for them, and take this down if you prefer I understand, just want to share some info for one person who lives in warm, but has to deal with occasional cold like you do.
That was a giant cucumber 🥒, and how I know this is, my mother grew cucumbers, and one year she missed one that was on the back of the plant against a wall. Her's was much bigger than the one that you found, and it looked the same on the inside,as the one you found. A good leather soap will clean up those boots 👢 really good. Saddle soap is the best. I hope you both have a great day my friends ❤️🙂⚘️.
That’s a huge vegetable winter melon. Asian people eat that in soup after peeling it. We make that with pork ribs boiled as soup. Very healthy and very tasty
Hi, I found more art supplies in the dumpster I checked. Wooden crates and canvases to repaint. I may take screwdrivers to take more goodies apart. Tina, Al's wife

LOL That's what I was thinking 🤔❤😊
In the UK we call that a marrow, it is a big zucchini 🥒🥒🥒

I'd try planting those melon seeds in the spring. I really enjoy watching y'all's channel
You should've taken some seeds to plant next year to see it grow and find out what it is
toasters have a sliding removable panel at the bottom to remove crumbs, just a heads up
No way! Haha how did we not know this!
You could probably clean those boots. Person probably wasn’t keen on cleaning them.

Yes, agree, save the seeds from a Dumpster Melon. Plant them. 👍🏻😊

🐈⬛we got a Mr. Bones, but the name is green eyes❤🤗
Hope you guys have a blessed week. 🥰
Small or big anything helps .❤❤😊😊😊
Please, give handsome "Bones" hugs, love.❤🐈⬛❤
Nice boots
There’s a plate on the bottom of the toaster that catches all the crumbs that you snap open to empty.
That big green long plant is called a marrow, you can stuff it with hamburger and put it in the oven to cook.
I hope you will show us how the boots clean up.
You can wash the boots with waterhose
Good morning from Paducah Ky
Love watching you both!😊
Small haul is better than no haul. Save the seeds and try to grow.

It's a wintermelon. It's a dark one. They come in different sizes and shades of green.
It's true you can't have too many toasters😂😂😂 or in my case too many air fryers 4 lol😂 great video!!!
Take some seeds home and plant them
The long green vegetable is called a marrow
What in America
@ no sorry in England it’s called a marrow
Zucchini cakes turn yellow before getting to that size
Not all do if it’s still growing

New to channel. Love watching! What is the most expensive thing that you have found diving?
That’s a huge vegetable winter melon. Asian people eat that in soup after peeling it. We make that with pork ribs boiled as soup. Very healthy and very tasty
Not a bad little score ! Love watching you two and seeing Bones ❤
❤
I'm no expert but it looks like a cucumber to me.
Bones is so cute
Get most of the mud off those boots (use like a dish brush), and then take to a shoe repair place. They will shine those boots up like they are new.
Keep seeds
I would have thrown the popcorn on the grass for the birds. Less rot in the landfills and a fun treat for the birds!
You will hit the jackpot again after Christmas when people start cleaning out for the New Year.
Hey yall. Give love to bones .
That's a giant squash or sweet gourd. We usually cook it with salted/ cod fish
Hi, I found more art supplies in the dumpster I checked. Wooden crates and canvases to repaint. I may take screwdrivers to take more goodies apart. Tina, Al's wife
Nice finds! We always love finding art / crafting supplies.
Bones❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Love those boots.
🎉that's what we call in Hong Kong "winter melon" usually used for soups or stir fried dish
