    Tate is a perfect example of why he should have been stuck with life in prison. Everyone is put right back on street to commit more crimes. Regardless of age. Life for a life. Not
    Like it was an accident.

    People have gone too soft... The judge was right to give life without parole... He got out and was still the same, 14 or 15 year old is not a kid, ater 12 year old they should be treated as an adult.

    I dont respect your topic. You forget what the word KILLED Means. Yes their free life is now in custody freedom gone they were not killed in court .

    5:03 “wouldnt help him or the victim”?? the victim was already dead wdym not help the victim, Tate should’ve stayed in jail

    If they commit crimes like this at such a young age just think what they’ll be capable of as grown adults. They’re more dangerous if their minds are so twisted in childhood.

    How can kids be so evil? They deserve every year they got in prison.

    • @Larka661
      @Larka661 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      That's an unanswerable question. How does anyone "become evil"? What makes people kill other people? Some of us want to hurt others because of how they treat us, but once out of the situation, most tend to realize the thought of hurting anyone was out of anger and frustration. Some come to enjoy the "power" they have over their victim. Everyone has their own reasons, no matter how insane to the logical mind.

    The first one made me sick. The suspect's parents blame the victim. The mother found the child's body and still somehow has reasonable doubt that her son could do any harm.

  • @pamsmith2006
    @pamsmith2006 หลายเดือนก่อน +11

    These kids are either sick or evil and the public need to be protected from them forever. They still have a life even if its in prison, their victims don't

    • @snowysnowyriver
      @snowysnowyriver หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      You are 💯% spot on. Most of these young people are psychopaths. They are incapable of feeling genuine remorse for their violence. The father of the 14 year old who blamed the victim's family (for speaking out about their pain) is himself eviI. It's easy see where the son got his lack of morals from. Thankfully another judge later upheld the sentence. Justice was finally done.

    Just my opinion here, but I think the Supreme Court needs to reverse their 2012 decision about life sentences without parole for juveniles. There are so many disrespectful and disobedient kids out there that need to learn the serious lessons about respect and following the laws properly.

      Children are not always innocent history and these cases and show this We have recently had cases of Young Children Killers like this in the UK . 2 Children like this were put in long term detention for killing another child .

    You know we can’t just throw kids in prison and think they’ll suddenly be a good citizen when they get out. Literally raised in prison, we should either not release kids like this or maybe properly rehabilitate.

    Soo... On youtube the presenter of this video can say that 'she was murdered with baseball bat' but, you can't say that 'she tried to commit suicide' why? Throughout this video there are many references about murder, stabbing the body, and stabbing the brain. Also you can say shooting his brother in the head, but you can't say 'suicide'. Absolutely ridicules.🙈🙉🙊

    Honestly, we should take into account that these people were still just kids. And the majority of the time, you throw them in jail. It only makes them worse. It's kind of a catch-22 situation. Honestly, they need to bring back scared straight programs.

    I would ask the now sorry murderer…..if you are telling the truth and you really are feeling regret would you be willing to serve twenty five more years before re applying for parole as a gesture of true regret and your wish to pay penance.

  • @Andersj13
    @Andersj13 4 วันที่ผ่านมา

    I don’t think people realize just how evil kids and teens can be. There are truly some people who can never be rehabilitated, and allowing them to roam free, reoffending time after time is unfair to society. Notice how most of these sentences occurred decades ago. The justice system now is waaaaay too lenient. You’ve got judges releasing people multiple times for major offenses, only to end up with pitiful sentences, or in juvenile cases, they’re in juvi till they’re 21 then get out and keep committing major crimes all the way up to murder.
