Let me ask you something from Barcelona anf maybe it can be useful for other viewers. Imagine we are driving in B mode speed on the highway and we want to change to D. Do we have to press brakes or just change position from B to D with gear?
The consumption is drastically affected by the activated e-save mode, which keeps the petrol engine on longer than necessary to keep the battery charged above 40%... these results are not true because in summer I can get a consumption of 3.5l/100km without effort with the e-save mode off. I have a captur engineered.
Sorry, I just noticed that he turned it off at 5:07, in any case the E-SAVE affects fuel consumption a lot, and the gentleman should take some lessons in driving hybrid cars because they are really high consumptions.
5,6l./100km. is not good at all... My sister drives the new Captur TCe 160 EDC and real consumption in the city is 6,0-6,2l./100km... IMHO- that old crappy gearbox in the hybrid is the problem...
@@harry7384 this gearbox is in fact good old DP0- not "good" at all, but very old... It's french made (in collaboration between Renault & PSA, but mainly by Renault) 4-speed automatic more than 25 years ago- it's modified, but as a "base" is used very, VERY OLD gearbox... Just to ask: What are the odds to make NEW 4-speed transmission today? None I think... Look at the Peugeot's hybrid - new 3008 works the same way as Renault hybrids, but Peugeot uses 6-speed automatic...
i know it`s stupid to say this , i would not pay 30.000 for a Renault . Also that tablet looks like it was added there after the car was designed , it feels out of place for my taste ( why not place it like they did in the Rafale )
Thanks, these are the best reviews of Capture 2024 on youtube so far
Fain. Cu ce camera filmezi pov din interior? TI-o montezi pe cap ?Se vede maxim!
Yes I like it but, I would prefer a car where I can choose the driving mode. Electric or Petrol by my self. Like a Toyota Prious

I have the same Captur since 1 month but can't find the RPM. and my consumption is 5.4 l. I love this car
you like the car ?
petrol or hibrid?

Sadly we can't even buy any Renault model with the 1.6l - 145hk full hybrid or in Esprit Alpine here in Denmark 🙄
Thank you, great video! What is the annoying car beeping in all Captur drive videos? Can it be turned off?
Maybe turn signal?
Yea you can 👍 is speed limit warning 😁 Thanks 🙏
SALUT. So what is the best advice for driving to achieve good fuel consumption? It is recommended to drive in B mode.
D mode on highway and national roads and B mostly in city
Thank vor a nice video❤
Hi when a video of the new toyota yaris 2024 model?
Will come soon 👍 I put it on plan 😁
All in all, you drive like a grandma Dan, liven it up a bit, step on it 😄😄😄 (but i still love your reviews 🤗)
Yes… the thing is that i have to drive legal….😁

old ?! this gearbox was revealed in 2020 ! (edit : it's a brand new system! nothing to see with the old DP0 you are talking about)

@@m.stefanov not at all... make a search "locodiscobox english renault". It's a brand new gearbox designed from a blank sheet...
In the hybrid the 4 speed gearbox works together with the 2 speed electric motors so that's 8 speed when they work together.
@@bikeman123 true! and it's not the old hydraulic system, it's a completely new "dog gearbox".
