at one point you tried to 1v1 when sej was up two levels and had two completed items and you had none, it's partially that tanks do too much damage but that's a pretty big item/level advantage.
Sejuani passive and E together do AP and % max health damage. So she's pretty good against top laners who are typical bruisers with higher health and low magic resist. Plus tanks do too much damage.
In my opinions it just shows the problems of toplane really well. 1. You do one mistake and the enemie snowballs crazy, If tank or not. 2. The Sej wins toplane hard but it doesnt matter. And she really tried to get impact all around the map. -> Toplane just doesnt matter, if you dont play a splitpush heavy champ...so sad.
I dont really get the early complaining about damage as a tank. Every champ has base stats. Doesnt really matter early that champs like sejuani will be a tank later.

I think part of Sej's damage comes from her passive? Either way its a lot of damage.
