I have a small galley style kitchen. I've implemented just about all of the tips you shared here, minus the canisters. I keep my microwave and toaster oven stashed away in the upper and lower cabinets around my built in oven. My "coffee station" is always corralled on a tray. I swapped out the "boob light" over my diy island for a chandelier I scored at the Re-store for $10. Decanting every day items looks so much more aesthetically pleasing. I can't handle visual clutter, your kitchen is styled beautifully. You do a great job styling with objects where functionality is needed.

The wooden utensils are called spurtles an old scottish word they were originally invented many centuries ago for stirring the oatmeal in a pan. They have become popular again over the last few years. Enjoyed your video and your French shabby chic influence.

Love all your decorations. So pretty. I noticed you have the same hinges that I have. I sprayed all my hinges and the screws with a matte black to match the new knobs I chose. They still look great.

I have always loved your style and your kitchen, those small touches make all the difference. Have you thought about adding faux (removable) muttons to your windows there? That would really seal the deal as far as cottage looks go.
