Yes. It depend on the capacity of the nitro press but simply adjust to the capacity and enjoy. Mine is 500ml so I can easily make four servings. However I don't like filling to the max allowed so I have more space for the nitrogen and make a good foam.

I haven't tried it yet. It will be interesting to reverse the Irish Coffee with Nitro Press. I may try to do it and see what could be the trick.
