For zoom in/out your clip
press , "P" to open Position
For moving your clip (slide)
press , "R" to open Rotation
For rotate your clip
press , "T" to open Opacity
For setting the opacity of your clip
press , "A" to open Anchor point
(CTRL + Z) = to backspace
It’s like an undo button
(CTRL + SHIFT + D) = to split your clip
(CTRL + D) = to duplicating layer
(CTRL + SHIFT + C) = to pre-compose the selected layers
(SHIFT + /) = to fit the screen
(CTRL + C) = copy
(CTRL + V) = paste
SPACEBAR = to play your project

How do you fcking extract an audio from a video?
*simple tip*
for adding the markers on the beats, go to preview and change the frame rate to 15, this will make the song slower and the beats easier to hear, so you don't have to torture yourself :)

just press double "L" on your keyborad to see the waveform
at first, I was getting everything mixed up and I didnt know how to fix it, after a few attempts, I started getting the hang of things and I made an OK edit! this helped me a lot, considering this is my first edit on after effects. thanks a lot!

@@conflicxtrigrams I don't know if you still want know but the short cut pannel is at the top right besides file there is edit click on it and you will see all shortcuts.
I also edit in kinemaster and capcut I just downloaded ae and I was hella good in kinemaster

it's probably lag! sometimes you just have to wait for it to load completely :)
make the quality thing in third or quarter so it wont lag

I usually do arranging and assembly of clips in premiere and then replace it with after effects composition for effects part, since It's nightmare to arrange in Ae.
And if you want to decrease preview time and you know what you doing, enable motion blur at the last not during the editing.

@@YoSuperiorYoshi There's an option in premiere pro named as "Replace with AE composition", it dynamically links your selected layers with a new AE project so you can easily work on the clip from AE and adjust everything else in Premiere without any hassle and export your project when you're done.
i did same coz aftereffects sucks at my pc so i use premiere pro for twixtor and beat sync etc
For anyone having trouble importing Mp3's, just convert it to a Wav or Aiff

I’m having an audio problem- the music is so distorted and creepy 😭😭
same the audio slows down depending on the video...
that’s normal :) sometimes after effects can’t playback the video smoothly so it temporarily slows down the fps or something like that
@PxldoEditz that happens to me too,, when you render it the audio should be fine
@PxldoEditz what i find helps is creating a workspace. it basically makes it so when you play back the edit it only plays what you selected instead of the entire edit so the audio doesn’t have to render as much every time :)
Only active caching frame and play the caching the entire audio in ur space of working and it's fine

ctrl shift d cuts the clip for you. It is completely up to you as to what you will do with those clips. But some ideas could include adding transitions, changing coloring, skipping frames, and much more! But if you're completely stuck on what to do with your cut clip, you can always just delete it if it is causing you inconvenience :)
