Claustral Canyon Trip with NHVSS
We got to the top of the first pitch and decided that there was just too much water in the canyon.
Going down to the 2nd pitch and keyhole would have endangered our lives.
By the time we got back up the first, there were many other groups, none of them went on.

Good call, I went through claustral in similar conditions in the 90's. Keyhole was blocked and we abseiled off the top. Thunder was interesting with the usual route undoable. Picked up more bruises that day than every other trip combined.

Interesting that there can be so much water when it wasn't even raining and there hadn't been significant rain immediately beforehand either
